This is my 2nd go on these headphones. I purchased them about a year ago and returned them because I kept having issues connecting to the app. It would not see the headphones at times but I liked them. Great noise reduction and I love the sound. Good bass and you can adjust with the EQ and the Immersive sound is nice, especially the motion setting. I only wish they were a tad bit louder but that's just me always. I don't like how I hear like an amplified sound if I touch the side or it rubs my hoodie. They also don't stay on if I'm laying flat on my back, they slide down slowly.

As a Bose lover, I'm really disappointed with Bose. I bought these headphones and they were supposed to arrive on November 19th. During the day, I received a delivery confirmation message, but when I went outside, the package wasn't there. When I tried to contact UPS, they sent me a photo of a box with a different address on it. Since that day, I've been trying to find my headphones, but neither UPS nor Bose is helping me. They're acting like it's my fault. Today is December 5th, almost a month since my purchase, and they're still giving me the runaround. Frankly, Bose, you're pathetic. Note that I'm a loyal Bose customer; I own all their headphones.

These are great. Differently modes can be used to either gently muffle noises around you if you need to be aware or immerse yourself in whatever you're listening to. Sounds great and very comfortable

I love the sound and the adjustments you can make to suit your surroundings. However, if a call comes in, the person to whom I'm speaking with, can not hear me. I have to switch to my AirPods for my better conversation.

The change in how the headphones extend is great, and the fit and comfort is better than its predecessor. The cushioning is improved and seems to be more isolating. Also highly appreciate the immersive audio. Great upgrade!

I have owned this set for about a month. The sound (music, talk) quality is excellent, the quiet setting is also excellent. Literally all outside noise is eliminated. However, the software controls are cumbersome and a bit confusing causing frustration. Example, simple on off is removing the head phones off the ear, moving the earpieces to a certain position shuts off the unit. Adjusting the earpieces can cause off-on-off.

The sound and noise cancellation is great. Fits well on these ears,. I gave it 3 stars because they don't fit tight around your head. The plastic that holds them to your ears is to "soft". I've never had this issue with the many other earphones I've ever owned.

I purchased for these bose my brother, but I remained somewhat disappointed because my original purchased pair: ear cover needed to be replaced in one year's time. I'm 63 years old, and do not use them daily, perhaps once or twice a week. I have an older pair that lasted longer, about 5 years before ear pads needed replacement. This newer pair cost more, and seems less quality in material. They provide excellent quality sound, and are great for silence. I suffer with vascular headaches, and in airports these protectors prove faithful. Nevertheless, I'm already replacing an ear cover?

I bought these and never got them to finish a song without cutting out. The tech at Bose would not help me unless I texted a copy of my invoice ( I bought them directly from Bose) and my order number wasn't good enough? After hearing the reasons they wouldn't help I asked for a return label. When the label didn't arrive I called again, this time I was promised a replacement pair. Two days later, when I hadn't got confirmation for the shipment I texted and was told there was no return authorized and I needed to send photos of my headphones. I finally got through to someone who sent me the return label so I hope Bose credits my purchase BUT I have my doubts. I can only say that my headphones were excellent until they shut off in the middle of a song. Bose was more interested in proving I hadn't stolen the headphones then helping me fix the, and their service team was downright rude at times, did not do what they said they were going to do and had no interest in assisting ?I just wanted the headphones to work which appears beyond Bose's abilities.

This is the third Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphone that I have used over the past six months. It is commendable that the company replaced them under warranty, but I am not entirely satisfied with their reliability, despite the excellent sound quality.

I want to thank Bose for making such an amazing product my fiance had the first Gen quiet comfort headphones and I loved his So I went with the Gen 2. Im disabled and mainly use my right arm so everything works perfectly for me.

Best decision I ever made! Absolute peace arrives the moment I put them on while traveling on planes, trains, subway, noisy crowded places. Sometimes I listen to music, podcasts, books (the audio is mind blowing!) but sometimes just use them to cancel noise around me. So, so happy??
