So far the ear buds have been sounding great and comfortable to wear. After more time using them, I will evaluate how well they hold a charge and if they remain in the ear without slipping. TBD

I own 4sets of Bose aviation headsets, 2 sound bars for my tv. I'm sorry the quiet comfort earbuds are awful and I know why they were on sale. I'm constantly having problems with them which means one bud or the other doesn't work at times. The rubber ring around one side has slipped off after 3uses. I've tried to put it back but it keeps coming off. I want my money back !!! How do I go about returning these. I would give them a zero amount of stars. I am very disappointed in the product. I bought them to replace a previous set of Bose earbuds that were also refusing to work in both ears. They were a couple of years old is the difference. Truthfully I feel your products should last longer then a few years let alone a few days. Dr Mabe

I'm still trying to get used to them. I have to study exactly how to fit them into my ear so they don't pop out which has happened a few times walking on the street. Basically you can't really take them out of the box and pop them in. Now i have to find them time to study.

These earbuds work well, but they are not easy to pair. I had great difficulty pairing them with my iPhone.

I bought these and I'm so glad I did. The battery is great. I charge them like once a week. I use them for the gym. Noise cancellation is good and so is connectivity. When speaking on the phone, I can hear the call and the person I am talking to can hear me clearly. Overall good buy.

Great units with a nice full sound. Great noise cancelling facility. Bluetooth had issues disconnecting interminably and on one occasion lost the right side completely. Had to do a total reset and re-pair, not just disconnected and forget/re-add device. Quite frustrating at the time as it appeared there could be a fault.

I bought these a month ago. They are so comfortable. I also have the Ultra Noise Canceling ear buds, and I like these ear buds better. They fit in my ear easier and I hardly notice them. Sound quality is good also. Love them.

I bought these for my wife to replace her absolutely shoddy Skullcandy with Bose ear buds. The Bose ear buds are terrific! My wife is delighted. Skullcandy sucks and has horrible customer service. Nothing like Bose. Bose should divorce its relationshi with Skullcandy. They are hurting your reputation.

I received my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds about 2 weeks ago! I am a huge fan of the Bose brand and over the years have purchased many Bose products. I have never been disappointed and continue to enjoy the excellent quality that Bose delivers!!!

I really like my Bose Buds, as they are a replacement for an earlier pair purchased. However, the reason I bought Bose is for a 'quality item' that's well built and will last. My older pair packed up with only one bud able to connect to my devices. I Was under the impression that these could be repaired by Bose and I could have the older pair as spares. But your web site doesn't allow for them even to be assessed for repair and so I have serious questions about the longevity of the replacements. I asked in an earlier communication if somebody could get back to me and tell me why I can't get them repaired by Bose but have heard nothing. Whilst your website shows I can have the repair or upgrade option this is not the case. I am very disillusioned with Bose

I bought them a few weeks ago to replace my old Bose QC earbuds. One broke and I couldn't get it fixed. This is my third pair, and so far they are the least reliable. My pair from the previous generation had better noise reduction and never cut out, although they could be difficult to pair. My first generation are huge compared to these, but they are still very reliable and the had a case that charged on plate charger which I see they are bringing back. These don't seem to have the quietness of the previous pair no matter which combination of fittings that I try, and sometimes they just cut out and back. This happens regularly - at least once every 15-30 minutes. They also seem a bit tinny sounding compared to the previous generation, and the noise cancellation is a bit sporadic. I definitely had to turn off the voice command feature because if I spoke to anyone it tried to figure out what I wanted and was a distraction to my conversation.. I really like the colour though.

My daughter and I bought these for my husband. He had a problem at first charging them due to not getting them in the charging case correctly. He did figure out but he loves them! Will buy again. Made a great gift!

Can't fault the sound quality or the noise cancelling but given that so many other people have experienced they keep disconnecting from my iPhone. I have tried all the fixes but still disconnect randomly. Hence only 4 stars. Regardless I would still recommend them

I bought a set of these a little less than a month ago. While the sound quality and noise suppression are impressive, the touch controls are annoying. In fact, several times I've been sitting still listening to music or a podcast with nothing anywhere near my ears (or phone app) and the left ear will spontaneously turn off. Or go from quiet mode to aware mode. If I then go into the Bose app and reset it to quiet, it'll immediately go back to off as soon as I close that part of the app. Once in the middle of listening, it suddenly switched to "voice control on". I never use voice control. Also, it looks like the price has dropped another $25 in the past three weeks. So I overpaid and got a questionable product that cuts out frequently.

The product is good but not as user friendly as I would like. They don't properly dual connect to my computer and phone. I often have to open bluetooth to switch from one device to another. My el cheapos at $150 did this no issue at all. On my old ones I could also play both devices at the same time if i wanted.

First Bose product I have been unhappy with. I use noise cancelling earbuds for sleep. I was using a really old pair of WIRED Bose earbuds until they failed. These new earbuds, while doing a decent job of noise canceling, are -too bulky to sleep with (side sleeper) -the LARGE stability bands prevent the earbuds from seating properly in the case. What's up with that? ---Took me almost a week to figure that out. -the touch controls seem to activate on their own, challenging when you are trying to sleep. -touch options are too many and too complex -don't stay put in my ears while I am trying to sleep I would sooner spend money on trying to get the old wired ones fixed than continue with trying to figure out how these new ones work.
