I was originally planning on buying a small cheap speaker from the 2-day shipping website. It wasn't something I technically needed as my phone and tablet both have speakers that work. Then, Bose came out with the Pink Petal color option in the SoundLink Flex 2 speaker and I couldn't resist it. Decided to order it when it was on sale and because I already have the matching headphones, might as well stick with a company I'm familiar with and has great products. From my uses so far, I wouldn't change much really. If I had to pick something however, it's the buttons. They don't really get pressed like typical buttons. I just feel like they might need a little more physical feedback on them.

I am very disappointed that you cannot power on the speaker via the app. I have a Bose speaker that is seven years old and I can power it on there. The app, you would think they would do the same for an updated product.

Have yet to receive product. Product was to be delivered to Randolph, NJ UPS Store. Wife visited store on 7/20/25, but UPS employee couldn't find package. UPS then sent text that same day advising product had been picked up at UPS store,

I've been really impressed with the Bose Flex 2. The sound quality is outstanding - rich, deep bass with crisp highs, and it gets even better when paired with another unit for stereo. For a speaker this size, it easily fills a room or outdoor space without distortion. Love that it now charges via USB-C - finally! Much more convenient and modern. The only downside is the battery behavior. It's a bit unpredictable. Sometimes it lasts well over 10 hours, other times it drains quicker than expected even with similar use. Not sure if it's a firmware thing or a battery calibration issue, but it's something Bose should look into. Still, overall, this is one of the best-sounding portable speakers I've used. Just wish the battery life was a little more consistent.

I am so happy about the sound quality. However, I do not like the Bose app that connects to the speakers. I have several other Nose systems and my older systems use Soundtouch app. Which I prefer much better and it connects better. Unfortunately the new app doesn't let me link to my old system. It also uses Bluetooth connection so every time I receive a phone call the music stops. Very disappointing Bose app

Sound is excellent but incoming calls, texts, other apps interrupt the stream. Very annoying. Can't find a solution.

I have always bought $20 speakers at TJ Maxx, I had no idea what I was missing. This speaker is portable and it gets so loud, its Awesome! I bought a heavy duty carabiner for the loop and now I take it everywhere. Love Love Love the sound.

We bought this about a month ago and it's a good speaker, but we bought a Soundlink Mini years ago and the Flex isn't as good. We were expecting a better sound with newer technology, but that just doesn't seem to be the case. Both speakers are very similar sizes.

The sound in mind blowing. I love this thing. I sit on our patio and enjoy the clear, crisp music coming out of this little speaker and it's wonderful. I can't believe the BASS that comes out of this little thing. I recommend this product for anyone who's on the go and or just want's to relax in or out of doors. Three thumbs up...
