I am very dissapointed with these sound flex speakers...the sound quality is realy poor ..I would compare it to a 1970s transistor radio...even with the equaliser set at max bass...its still a poor quality sound ....I have a bose mini sound link speaker that is much better sound quality than these sound flex speakers...I feel like I've wasted my money ...and they aren't cheap to buy ....I also purchased the quiet comfort headphones aswell...and so far I'm not impressed with the sound quality from these either...the volume control is either on or off ...very poor quality considering they're nearly £500... I expected to hear a deep rich bass response and a totaly immersive sound experience...but am dissapointed big time....I have an an old set of wharfdale Dustin type headphones fom the 70s wich put these bose headphones to shame ...

We love our Bose speaker so decided to give them as gifts to coworkers. Unfortunately the box they were shipped in couldn't really hold the weight and was almost destroyed in shipping. Also some of the Bose boxes were dented which isn't a good look for gift giving.

Terrible service. Ordered product on 01/12/25. Still waiting for delivery!! Auto bot chat doesn't give any answers of any use. I ordered from Bose as I have other products of theirs and the quality has always been good but in this instance the customer service is awful. No updates with useful information. Hoping for a refund and will never order from Bose again

So I own several Bose products but for this one to use my Galaxy 25 Ultra phone I have to keep the equalizer flatlined otherwise the music crackles and gets distorted. So it sounds pretty good as long as I don't try to adjust anything? But you think I could? Right?

Great speaker. This is my second soundlink flex. I had the 1st gen and i love them equally. Great sound, superb portability. I love the new qc features.it is a bit basic but definitely a great to have. The color looks great and Bose had a great black friday deal. Great for travel, and for any occasion you want to carry your music with you.

I'm very very happy with my portable speaker. Sound quality is great and I love that even though it's small it's got decent weight to it so it has good stability. It was very easy to set up. Excellent!

I bought this two weeks ago and immediately tried it out on my apple ipad and my iphone. The speaker was easily connected to each of those. I first used the standard equilization and it sounded great. Then I boosted the base portion on the Bose equilization chart and found it sounded fantastic on all types of music at all volumes.

I bought this to replace an old Bose Soundlink Mini II which we'd had for about 10 years. It's very easy to set up and use and the sound is great, nice and loud!!

I was so amazed with the big high quality sound that came out of such a small speaker I bought a second one. Very easy to pair and use. I now can have sound throughout my bungalow without having to move the speaker around with me. I've been a Bose devotee for 25 years and refuse to buy anything else. Well done.
