Need more a little grip
The sound was really good and I can hear my surrounding still. However, it caught in my long hair and fell on the ground,

Works on my small ears!
I have very small ears so I was excited to try this style. Inner ear styles fall out. I didn't wear my inner ear buds due to fear of loosing one or both. I love these! These stay on and I really like that I can hear around me. I like having background noise all the time, that is my comfort zone. It is winter now so I haven't used it being active outside as I need a hat in my climate. I will say they are great indoors and even at work. I am thrilled.

Another day. Another round of problems
Yesterday? Actually connected to my phone. Today? Bose app shows YouTube and/or music playing when it's quite clearly not. Pause button you ask? Stop button maybe? No. Doesn't work in the app.
Checked device it's playing on? Nothing playing. No sound.
Surprised? No. I've returned all of my Bose products multiple times. Maybe 2026 they get it right? Who knows.
Unpairing and pairing 3 of my Android devices again. Same thing happens every week. App also forgets it already has permission for 'nearby devices'.
For the money Bose charge, it's downright embarrassing, and disgusting performance.
I have never EVER EVER EVER had ANY of these issues with my Oppo Enco X3 buds.
Bose? Same problems every week. All 3 of my Bose products.
Oppo price? 1/3 of what Bose charge.
Oppo connection issues? ROCK SOLID HI-RES
Shame on you Bose .
Just an FYI to anyone buying Bose bluetooth or wireless products: the sound is awesome. The user experience is downright painful. I've made 3 'full refund' of each of my Bose products. So currently I'm up to 9 YES NINE LOL failures. Within 3 months.
I need to go now and figure out where Bose has decided to send the music sound from my phone. #facepalm.

Excellent brand but fell short on quality
Took some time to get used to them. Bose is an excellent brand but since ear buds don't fit snuggly in ear like other earbuds, I felt like sound could be better.

Great sound!
Got this as a present from my dad and I love them! The sound is great, and being able to hear the sound of cars and surroundings while still blasting music while walking down the street makes me feel safe. The only complaint would be that after a few hours of wearing, they do make my ears a little sore but I love them anyways.

Amazing open-ear headphones
I love these Bose open-ear earphones, they're so amazing, the sound quality is amazing. It sounds like as if you're wearing earphone or headphones. The way it isolates outside sounds to give you the illusion you're wearing earphone is amazing, plus they're very comfortable to wear and very easy to forget you're wearing them.

Great device, worth it.
Love the sound and the buds stay on the ears no matter what. Not as bassy as the in ear buds, but I won't ruin theses budses. God bless.

Small, Senistive ears? These are for you!
I love these earbuds! I had another brand that was the same as my phone and could only wear them about 15 mintues before I had to take them out because they hurt my ears. These were exactly as described and fit comfortably! Wore them for over 2 hours easily! Probably could have worn all day if I had needed to. Super easy to set up and pair with multiple devices. I like I could easily switch between my work computer and cell. Highly recommend!

Love and dislike some features.
Bought two weeks ago and love them but dislike them! Love fit and finish along with how they stay in place so well. Dislike that there not noise cancelation and the volume is hard too hear on phone calls.

I purchase these a month ago and I'm disappointed. Great audio and video sound quality. Very poor phone call quality. Not sure how one aspect can be so right and the other can be so wrong. Get it together Bose!

Very good but?
I bought these very expensive earphones and because of the shape and size of my ears, they do not get the sound into my ear canal well no matter how much I fiddle with them. What I end up hearing is mids to highs and just a little bass. If I manually turn my ears inward the bass becomes rich and beautiful. They are a great idea but not for everyone. They are very nice but now I'm stuck with earphones that I won't use much if at all?and I really couldn't afford them in the first place, so I'm pretty bummed.

Great sound, concerns about replacement parts.
I never would have spent this much on earbuds, but the sale price and the open style was something I was looking for. The sound quality is excellent, and they are very comfortable. My main concern is that the silicone piece, that wraps around your ear, is going to break after repetitive use. If this was to happen, and I have seen it happen before on other products of the same material, how do you replace it? My husband has the full headphones, and he has had to replace the earpieces twice due to the material cracking and disintegrating. I'm not even sure if you could purchase a replacement piece and for the cost of this, I in no way consider them disposable. They also seem to disconnect from my phone, and I keep having to delete them and then pair them again. I have rebooted by phone. Also, when I use them and then use them again later, all the settings have returned to the original factory settings. This is not after pairing them again. I like them very much, I just don't want to buy another pair a year or two down the road.

Bose Quality Sound in a tiny device
The Ultra Open Earbuds took some getting used to. I have always used in ear canal earbuds, loved my quiet comfort until they took a ride in the washing machine. The Ultra Open Earbuds are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever used. The sound quality is amazing, the available options for setup are another plus. Knowing the earbuds will not fall off has been an inviting feature.

Great sound and fit
I bought a pair for my wife and she loves them. The fit was comfortable and the sound is fantastic. The Apple AirPods have become her backup, if she can the right AirPod that kept falling out of her ear.

All in all, good gift, Bad deal on the gift box.
The actual product is pretty good. It was a gift and I ordered it in the wrong color (I fixed that). It was for my wife who LOVES the style but was hoping for the sound to be better. And the delivery company damaged the boxes upon delivery.
