The Bowens XMT500 2-Light Battery-Powered Flash Kit includes 2 XMT500 battery-powered flash heads with built-in radio receivers, head comes complete with a flash tube, reflector, a compact light stand and a lithium-ion battery. It also has a charger for the battery as is an XMT backpack carry bag for storage and transport. The XMT is an unrivalled location system designed to provide photographers with limitless creative opportunities, anywhere, anytime. For photographers working on-the-go, the XMT includes TTL technology that delivers a perfect flash exposure every time, without metering. Once the remote is attached to your camera's hot shoe the XMT will automatically adjust light settings; then just point and shoot.
For even more lighting control on location, the XMT includes High-Speed Sync enabling shutter speeds up to 1/8000s and is compatible with Canon, Nikon and Sony cameras: perfect for freezing action and allowing full control over ambient light. HSS functionality can also be used in conjunction with TTL for complete automation and ease-of-use or without it in manual mode to enable total control over light settings. With 9-stops of flash power adjustment (full - 1/256) the XMT can be used to perfectly expose your subject while underexposing bright sunshine. It can also be used when low level lighting is required (shooting with larger apertures.) While ultra-fast recycling times (as fast as 0.01s) enable rapid shooting so you can always keep up with the action.
An easy-swap Lithium-ion battery provides power to the XMT and offers up to 500 full power flashes from a single charge. This facility allows photographers to shoot for longer periods than ever before from a single charge. This battery unit can be fully charged from empty in just 4 hours. Other features included with the XMT provide photographers more creative freedom than other comparable flash systems, such as sync delay (from 0.01 - 30s) and strobe mode which allows up to 100 flashes in a single.
