A very nice scope, but a little heavy.
For planetary and lunar viewing, this is hard to beat. I love the tracking system and the star (goto) feature. Excellent views of of Saturn and Jupiter. The tripod is very sturdy and strong. The CPC fork assembly is also sturdy and strong. The tripod is about 20 lbs. My wife can carry it easily enough. The scope on the other hand is over 60 lbs.
