It does exactly what it says it does. No complaints, allows me to use my Shure MB7 Mic easily.

My RE320 had decent signal but even so I was still at 100% gain. This left me no headroom and wasn't the best for signal clarity. Using this gave me a large boost and I was actually able to back off from 100% gain to 28%. The signal is super clean and clear. I also tried boosting the volume in Audition and with the cloudlifter there was no noticeable noise added. Very satisfied with this.

I've been using the CL-1 with a SM58 and an SM7B. It works perfectly with both. I cannot imagine a simpler product.

I have a Rode Podmic and a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. Before getting this, my gain was turned up almost fully to get a good signal out of the microphone. Once I added the Cloudlifter, I was able to turn the gain way down and still get clear vocals from it. If you have a similar setup (like a Shure SM7B), this is a great product to add to your setup.
