Excellent alternative at a reasonable price

After considering several alternatives available today on the market I settled for the HDR-1. For the price, it does exactly what I need. I'm working on a multicamera production. The final mix gets recorded at very high quality, so the files are big. With the addition of the HDR-1 I can record a separate mix in lower resolution and still maintain good quality for the web. Hopefully, Datavideo can integrate a streaming solution to a future upgrade of the product.
