Good technical service
The unit works great. The best part of my experience was the technical help to set up the receiver I got from Jamar. He was extremely helpful. I could have not done it without him.

Highly recommended
First time buying a refurbished Denon avr but if I didn't know it was refurbished one it looks and plays like it was brand new. Will certainly consider buying a Denon! refurb product in the future.

Good and Bad
It's a refurbished unit so there's that. . . . . I'll take my chances but it all started on wrong foot!
Got it all hooked up, loaded batteries into remote and fired it up--------but nothing happened! Swapped out to American batteries and still NOTHING!
After significant diagnoses, called CS, explained problem, answered many questions and they offered to send a new remote. Got it a week later and NOW, I can finally enjoy this receivers benefits. Sadly, Denon chose NOT to provide an operating manual and CS suggested that I print one from the website_____147 pages! INK is expensive

Easy to use
I have some recommendations for this brand, but I never used before. It's easy to use and the quality is amazing! I just suggest to make an easier manual, perhaps a shorter version for setup and 1st use.

Two-Denon household
I recently replaced my 20 year old receiver with a Denon AVR-X1700H. The opportunity to set up a new system in a bedroom came up, and my satisfaction with the downstairs Denon led me to choose another Denon - the AVR-S570BT. It works just fine in its simplified build. The only feature it doesn't have is a Bluetooth transmitter. I can add that myself but it would have been nicer to have it come that way. I'm happy with it.

I bought this because I have had Denon before mine is older. This has no power sound is ehh ok. I have L300,
Bookshelf jbl. And Definitive so I have good speakers but I'm disappointed with the sound and power. Oh well tried to save a buck. This system is in my garage were I do some work and enjoy my tunes

Excellent reciever
Thank you so much. It's just perfect for my living room stereo system. It goes great with my 4K-120 hz TV. It would of been alot easier to hook up if it had the quick set up guide. I had to download the manual to set up the system. Lots of copy paper.

Great AVR for a surround system
Replaced my 20+ year old Denon with this S570BT. Easy setup, prompted through the whole process.
Great customer service after the sale. I really appreciate the quality of this receiver. The only complaint is the slow response to volume changes.

New Denon tuner to support my surround sound system
I have old school high quality surround sound speakers and needed to make them functional with a smart tv. Denon's AVR tuner made installation simple and easy with their software walking me through the process. It even has a microphone that helps to balance all 6 speakers. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

Love our new AVR.
Love our new Denon AVR. Only wish it came with a paper manual. There were a few hiccups while connecting to bluetooth and had to get on my desktop (Denon's website) for instructions. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Buying refurb is the way to go. New RCVR prices are through the roof. This unit has good features and decent sound. Fit my needs perfectly. Thanks Denon for great price and free ship. :)

Returning for a Yamaha
I really wanted to like this receiver. I have had nothing but issues. The audio delay is constantly getting messed up, I can't get it to work properly. It will switch from multichannel to other settings for no reason, making it seem like the receiver isn't working, and the bass output is terrible compared to my last Yamaha. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the sound is decent when it works properly, and it's a reasonable price for an entry-level receiver. I am glad I bought a warranty from best buy. I'll be returning it and getting another Yamaha.
