Best solution for tripod mounting
The largest downfall of the Osmo is the rosette mount on the side, which makes it difficult to mount on a tripod. After extensive research into mounting options, I came across the articulating arm. The price is reasonable for the peace of mind in knowing that my Osmo is securely mounted.
The articulating arm mounts to my tripod with no interference, and holds it tight. I'd recommend anyone that's doing timelapse videos or panoramas to get the articulating arm and mount it on a tripod.

Incredible Quality!
This is every bit of quality and precision as the professional Manfrotto arms...just a baby version.
It holds tight and is easy to adjust.
The One small nit is that the "base" is knurled to lock into DJI components. I would love to have an adaptor that I could mount tightly onto a tripod 1/4-20 and THEN lock onto this arm. This would allow a more perfect and secure fit rather than just screwing this onto a light stand post or 1/4-20 adaptor piece.
