Couldn't Activate on Win 11

I purchased a Lenovo Yoga with Microsoft 365 Family Subscription. It did not come pre-installed, there was no activation in settings and Lenovo support could not provide me an activation key or get it working. Spent several hours and multiple calls to support. They kept referring me to old instructions dated 2016 for activating on Win 10. I finally gave up and asked for a refund and purchased directly through Microsoft.
