About Dynalite MP1000 Watt/Second Power Pack with Radio Slave (120VAC)

The Dynalite MP1000 1000 Watt/Second Power Pack is similar to the RP1000/M1000ER, but includes a built-in Pocket Wizard brand radio slave receiver and an extra stop of dial-down variability on the main power variator. The built-in 32 channel Pocket Wizard brand radio slave allows you to move around your subject while you shoot without the thought of getting tangled up in a sync cord.

The MP1000 is extremely compact and lightweight - perfect for location photography. It provides short duration flash to your Dynalite heads and has a very short recycle time. Color shift from full to minimum power is invisible. Whether it is conventional or digital, in the studio or on location, Dynalite has been recognized as the strobe equipment with power and performance in a small, lightweight package since 1969.

Dynalite MP1000 Watt/Second Power Pack with Radio Slave (120VAC) Features

  • Use your Pocket Wizard brand radio slave transmitter or transceiver to trigger this power pack
  • May also fire from other strobes' visible flash bursts with its built-in optical slave
  • Only +/-80 deg. K color shift from highest to lowest power settings - not visible to the human eye
  • Measuring only 5.8 x 6.8 x 6.75" and weighing only 5.9 lbs, the MP1000 is extremely portable
  • Recycles in 1.4 seconds at full power, 0.12 second at minimum power
  • At full power, duration of the flash is 1/600 second
  • At minimum power, it fires a flash at 1/4500 second
  • In 2/10 f/stop increments over 2 stop range
  • When used with the power control switches, up to 18 different settings with a single flash head are possible
  • The switchable acoustic signal "beeps" when unit is fully recycled
