I use the kit in studio with medium format digital. Ok I would have preferred the Profoto d1 500x2 kit with the Air software and usb key but that was the price of 3 kits like this one, that would have been silly. The difference is just too huge. So I am happy with this bargain. You can use all the Elinchrom modifiers except for the largest softboxes. Get the USB Skyport, that what make this kit so special. I am getting a 3rd Rx 4 head and I will certainly upgrade to Profoto or Broncolor when only the best would do.

I use the Elinchrom D-Lite RX 4 for both product photography and portrait photography. They're easy to set up and easy to get the proper readings for taking perfect pictures every time. I really don't have anything negative to say about these lights as the fit the bill perfectly for me.

This was the absolute best deal for my portrait studio. I looked at other brands and lighting, but for what we do this was idea.
