Cubase LE is now included with Scarlett interfaces
We're excited to announce that Cubase LE, Steinberg's compact DAW based on the same core technologies as Cubase Pro, is now included with all Scarlett 4th Gen and 3rd Gen interfaces.
Cubase LE is packed with all the essential tools needed to record, edit, and mix professional sounding tracks, from powerful instruments like HALion Sonic and Groove Agent to 28 different VST effects and more than 20 GB of loops and samples. It supports up to 16 audio tracks, eight instrument tracks, and 24 MIDI tracks for external instruments.
New and existing owners of qualifying Scarlett interfaces can download Cubase LE from their Focusrite account after registering their hardware.

• Virtual instruments included: HALion Sonic delivers a vast library and flexible sound engine, while Groove Agent helps you craft beats in any genre
• Includes 20+ GB of loops and samples: Explore inspiring starting points for any genre
• 28 audio VST effect processors: From EQ and compression to reverb and amp simulation
• MixConsole: Bring your sound together with dedicated tools for precision mixing
• Handy composition tools: Spark ideas and build progressions with Chord Pads and the Chord Track
• Audio and MIDI editing tools: Shape melodies, beats, and arrangements with intuitive editors for both MIDI and audio
USB-C Audio/MIDI Interface is equipped with one input on the front panel and an XLR microphone on the rear, so musicians can record vocals and an instrument at the same time. The enhanced AD/DA converters, operating at 24-bit/192 kHz, deliver an extensive dynamic range reaching 120 dB. Its Loopback feature allows you to mix the interface audio with audio from other apps through your computer. All of this is made easier given the interface is powered via USB-C connectivity.

Designed to capture every part of your performance, Scarlett Solo’s mic preamp brings crisp, clear, rich detail to whatever you’re recording, from the softest vocal, to the loudest guitar.

Solo’s Hi-Z instrument input makes guitars sound and feel great. Electro-acoustic guitars sound huge and detailed, and it’s perfect for connecting your electric to your favourite amp sims.

Whatever you’re recording, Scarlett’s Dynamic Gain Halos make setting levels quick and easy, so you’ll get great recordings every time. If you’re seeing red, just dial yourself back into the green and you’re good to go.
