I like how easy it goes on and off of the filter holder, but it doesn't click into place and seems like it would come loose. The OEM lens cap doesn't fit. Overall this goes into the junk drawer. The nisi filter is much better for weatherproofing and if I want a hood square hoods hold filters for weatherproofing and can still use the OEM lens cap.

I used this as a protective shield for my Fuji x100f. It looks good when wearing it and it protects my camera. It also blocks some of the sun when taking picture outside.

Very happy with this item and consider it an nice enhancement to my brand new X100F. A lot of people recommend a similar third-party item but that's not my style. I bought the Fujifilm camera that I absolutely love and it deserves to have the same name-branded accessories that go with it.

I bought this for my Fuji X100F. Fits nicely and provides protection. You can not use your original lens cap on this so consider locating a pinch type 49mm and you will be set.

Yes, there are cheaper versions out there. I have one of thoese. over time the threads break down. Not a big deal, unless you have one of the conversion lenses, then you are threading this on and off more often. With the Fujifilm OEM version, it's all strong and has a nicer finish. I wish Fujifilm would just include this with X100 series cameras, at the cost of a X100/S/T/F they should....

This is the only hood I could find to fit this camera. None of the after market hoods as touted on E bay function - especially if you want to use a filter. Works well but extremely expensive for what you get. For the price of this camera, I would have expected a lens hood to be included

I purchased a couple of different adapters and hoods to see what would work best on my X100s. Luckily this hood and adapter arrived in time for my trip, and because it's made by Fuji the fit is perfect. All my 49mm filters work perfectly, and I love how it looks on the camera. Would definitely recommend buying this, one of my favorite accessories for the X100s.
