Heavy but very sturdy
This is a decent sized monopod, with a decent weight to it, as well. I got it to support heavy lenses and stabilize shots in lowlight, and its great for that. As a used piece of equipment, the price is great, especially when you compare it to similarly priced options. The build is infinitely better and inspires much more confidence than similarly priced new models.

Not correctly described
This was a great price on the USED Monopod; I was dissapointed in that the strap was missing. (it was never stated in description of this Used-E). Other than that I am happy with it.

Strong and light quality monopod
After buying a 300mm f4 and 80-200mm f2.8, I found that the limitation to lens sharpness is camera shake if not shot at high shutter speed. As both lenses are heavy, hand held isn't always an option. With the monopod, there are better chance to shoot sharp. Built very strong, with no flex at the joint, you can be assure that it will bear the weight of lens and camera easily. A must have for heavy/long focal lenses.
