Fits my Mola Demi and is a great value!
I recently purchased a Mola Demi beauty dish and was looking for a more reasonably priced grid, the Mola version is $150 while the Glow in $70 and fits well. I'm sure the material of the Mola is better but the Glow works for now.

Glow Honeycomb Grid for 22" Beauty Dish - 20 deg
This grid works well with 22" Beauty Dish. I chose the 20 degree to reduce the spread of light the most to highlight the model's face.

Glow honeycomb grid
The glow grid works great with the 22” glow beauty dish. It really helps with controlling your light with the beauty dish.

Works Great!
Works as intended. Clips on and off easily, on thenpuside of the beauty dish, instead of clipping inside of the dish and having to pull it off using tabs.

Works great
Prior to this used a beauty dish only. However the light would bleed to the ground. This directs the light just where you need it. The fastener is easy to use but it does add a little weight to the light. Small price to pay.

Well made grid
Works with the Glow 22 inch dish. It is a nice all metal grid with three clips that hold it securely. You can still get it on and off easily. Needs a case that is not included. Be nice to get a case that would hold the dish and perhaps a set of grids for road trips.

This beauty dish is my go-to modifier in the studio now. The grid lets me contain the light very well.
