The Glow S2 Flash Bracket feels far superior to the Glow and Godox S or S1 versions. The metal construction provides confidence and durability over the plastic versions. I think for a small $10 more; you'd be much happier in the long run with the better bracket. Not only is it stronger, it also works with round head flashes and traditional form (rectangular) speedlights so it is future proof in some respect. The cheaper $15.00 bracket from Glow with the pistol grip would not fit my AD200 Pro without being forceful whereas with the S2, it slides right through with plenty room to spare.

I love this Bracket Mount because it's simple and does what it's suppose to do. I've never had any complaints especially after trying other adapters that proved to be more difficult.

This product works extremely well as advertised. It gently holds my Flaspoint V-1 and modifier and it doesn't interfere with the signal from the Flashpoint remote transmitter. Highly recommended!!

I have a Godox S2, and I'm happy with everything but the umbrella mount. IMHO, they ought to have kept the same screw-style mount as the original s bracket. In this new version, the umbrellas are held in place with a tension clip. The clip scrapes tiny shards of metal from the umbrella shaft and I've had more than one splinter from it. It's possible the problem is my cheap umbrellas, but given the way the tension clip works, I can see it being a problem with any umbrella. If someone is willing to make a design fix to that one small problem, this would be an excellent bracket.

This is perfect for my Flashpoint color 100 Pro. I have had large octabox, strips and reflectors on it and it's perfect. Easy to take on location. Love it.

These are very well built. A quality product. I had rectangle ones but these are so much better built. Sweet!!

Product is well built and very sturdy. I use this with my my xplor 100 pro (ad 100 pro) and it holds it securely. I never have a worry about it slipping or falling. Easy to tighten and loosen and position just right, and makes all my bowens mount modifiers (even the very big ones) work with this light easily and perfectly.

Overall, it is a good Product. It can hold Speedlights or Speedlight size any other light, for example, Godox or Flashpoint AD 200, however, it says and shows that it can perfectly hold AD400 but do not believe I have Flashpoint AD400 and it is just a little heavy for this bracket you have to tight very very very strongly otherwise it will slip and you will have broken light.

This is THE bracket to hold your small, round strobes from Good and Flashpoint. It enables you to mount any Bowens-compatible modifier. It also has a slot to hold an umbrella, if you prefer.

Works great, converting to Bowen mount from small flash or ad 200. Clamp works well to hold the soft box and flash in place.

I like to use my Nikon SB-900 flashes off camera with my Joe McNally and Lastolite soft boxes. This is my third Glow S-2 flash mount purchased, and it is a must if you are using a portable soft box set up and off camera flashes. The mounting tools that come with the soft boxes always felt very flimsy and insecure. The Glow S-2 mounts solves that problem.

Get the S2 bracket for adapting speedlights and certain flash heads to umbrellas and soft boxes. A worthy investment.

The mount bracket works just as it should. I've used it on several photography portrait sessions and have had no problems.

This bracket works moderatly well, but could be a HELL of a lot better. To start with the positives, It holds large (>=48") softboxes, and accomodates everything from an ad100 to ad 400 flashes. It's well constructed, doesnt flex, and although some people complain about the umbrella holder, I've never had an issue with the three I have. Now for the bad. When I use this with my AD400 pro flash, onl three occasions the flash has slipped out the back. Now I know what you're going to say, "tighten it down harder". I HAVE. I've cranked the knob until my fingers start to hurt, and until it literally won't go anymore. But the AD400, with the battery on the back and a 48" softbox on the front, just puts too much weight, and the neck of the AD400 pro is just too smooth, and it starts to slide. I tried using a deep parabolic octa from cheetastand, and that was worse. If you're using a short depth box it shouldn't be an issue, but this does not mate that well with the ad400 pros and large boxes. If there was a godox adapter for the ad400 that converted to this, then that would be ideal as it would lock to the mounting flange of the flash, but relying on the smooth neck and friction mounts is not a recipe for success. I did end up using the lightstand mount on the s2 instead of the flash which helps a little more, but there's a non-zero risk of the flash still sliding out the back of the unit. I really wish there was a better design for hooking larger flashes up to this securely. The AD300 pro does not have this problem, and I'm pretty sure the ad100 or ad200 wouldn't either, just the larger AD400 has an issue (I only have AD300 pro and AD400 pro lights)

Works great for the Gogox V1 Speedlight and the AD200 Pro. Essential piece of gear if you own those or anything that fits the hole. It's like a universal mount more than anything.

It's hard to get too excited about a bracket but it really works well. It feels solid and the adjustment knobs have a very high quality feel to them. You don't have to over-tighten. It feels very secure.

It's every bit as versatile and flexible as I'd read. I wasn't expecting it to be as well-made, though for this price. The quick-adjust handle is a nice feature. It doesn't do anything I wasn't able to do before, which is why I hesitated. However, it's faster and more secure. This one was a test - now that I've used it, I'll be picking up a couple more.

I've purchased 4 of these and have had 0 issues. These Are great for mounting Flashpoint/Godox lights if you're using bowden modifiers. They do exactly what they're supposed to and very well built.

Love the new design that allows me to use either my round flash or older rectangular ones. Easy to insert and remove heads and compact enough to lay in my bag for on the go.
