I got this back, used, to do some experimental shooting: I wanted to put rolls of 35mm film through my Hasselblad 503CW. Shooting a roll that way exposes the entire film from edge to edge, including sprocket holes. It's an interesting look (and it couldn't be done with my A12 backs, so I bought this). Of course the quality is great: It's Hasselblad. I expect nothing less than perfection from Hasselblad and they always deliver. Using the back this way makes it a fun toy! I recommend trying it.

By simply changing film magazines, the photographer can change exposed film for unexposed in seconds, or change between film types, film lengths and film formats without losing a single frame. Extra-preloaded film magazines eFectively increase the readiness and eFiciency of the camera equipment.
All magazines are compatible with all Hasselblad camera models Two film formats: 6x6 and 6x4.5 cm Load capacity from 12 to 70 frames Individually adjusted for precise film-plane positioning Can be changed in middle of roll without losing a single frame Indicators and safety features prevent mistakes Easy to load on or oF the camera.
The A12, A16, A24 and A32 magazines have the same design and functions, with the exception of film format, film type and number of exposures per film.
