Works fine but required reset to factory settings
Upon arrival after updating software, my bluetooth devices would not connect. After trying Microsoft customer service and HP customer service trying to fix, HP suggested I put the computer back to factory settings and try again. Several hours later everything is working fine.

Reliable!
I based my purchase on all the positive reviews for this item, and, I haven't regretted making the purchase at all. I love everything about this laptop, but what I love the most is the battery life!

Great buy! Great value! Highly recommend.
Better than expected. Lightning fast. This was a great deal made better by a $50 HP discount code.
The only area of improvement is the lack of USB ports - 2 is not enough so I will have to be a USB hub and add that to my set up.
Overall very pleased.

From HP to HP but still in love :)
My new HP laptop is beautiful and has a keyboard that actually makes me want to type stuff directly from the laptop. I rarely use built-in keyboards, preferring to use a wireless one, but this keyboard is quite neat. I also love the laptop's speed and quiet. Moving from an older HP laptop to a new one, I continue to be happy with the overall HP experience.

My new HP lap top pc
The PC that I received was almost 9 days late on its scheduled arrival. When I ordered it said up to 5 days delivery. Then is was held up at the China border for some type of inspection. Also the processor is not as fast as I thought it would be. Most of the inner workings are almost the same as my older HP. However after the warranty runs out I will update the pcu and hard drive.
I am confused on my warranty length. One email shows warranty ending on Feb. 22, 2024 and in another email it states that it ends January 30, 2024. Can someone please get back to me with the Warranty date. Thank You

Quite happy
Basically love it. Only complaint is it does not charge through the USB C port so I could not do "one-cable" docking station. Configuring Windows 11 with local account and storage, eliminating bloatware and spyware took two days and much research. Passmark performance puts it as fast as my "big i7" desktop though I have not run big LTSpice simulations on it yet.

HP's seem to be good value, especially if you catch them on sale. We've bought four over the last two years. The 15-ef3097nr works well, I'm using it for Amateur Radio logging and controlling the radio for digital operation.

New laptop
Thin, fast and light, the speed and storage features that I was looking for are all there. The metal look keyboard and delicate lettering are hard to see in low light. Windows 11 is taking quite a lot of getting used to compared to Windows 10 - Microsoft is really pushing the one drive storage concept - not liking the changes in the interface so far.

Amazing Battery Life
It's a good laptop and works well for my online school. The battery life is amazing, I can charge it in the morning and work on it all day before I have to plug it in again. It is a windows 11 setup, so I have to get used to that, but otherwise I am really happy with this purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for! Larger screen and keyboard .. perfect amount of memory and speed for my requirements ... MS Office compatible / availability ... extremely easy to pair with my printer.

Bang for your buck!
It got all the specs I want: Windows 11 for operating system, AMD Ryzen 7 for CPU, better yet with 8 core (was only expecting 4), at price that is absolutely within my budget of $1K for a personal / might-be-business-use-for-future laptop.

Exactly What I Was Looking For
After many years of just getting by with the laptop I had used for over 10 years, I received this laptop as a gift. I absolutely love it. It's fast, lightweight, very sleek and offers all that one would want from a laptop for general use. I'm a writer for a living, so I spend several hours on my laptop every single day. I have no complaints and would recommend this laptop to anyone who is ready to upgrade like I did.
