Great value for the money. Good sound, integrated tuner, plays smoothly. Can't go wrong with Ibanez.

It is great guitar! Sound like a dreadnaught. The fret wires are sharp on the edges, had to file a little bit. The position markers/inlay are a little dark for me. Overall it is a very good guitar deserving of 4+ stars. Shipping is the worst I have ever experienced! Incidentally, it was delivered to a wrong address. Despite 2 chats and a phone call to have Adorama call UPS to give the latter the correct address, I was told their process takes 10 days for the correction to happen. I also called UPS to request for redelivery, but this redelivery has to come from Adorama. Another setback. This is a fragile item so I decided to try to retrieve the item and hope that I can get it. It was delivered to a company called Applied Materials, near me. I decided to pick up the package and brought some documents. Talked nicely to shipping/receiving. Luckily, Applied Materials understood the issue and gave me the package after I signed some documents. The package label does not show my address, but only the tracking number, content, and a lot of N/A and Unknown (see label pictures). Another label shows Applied Materials and its address. Why in the world can a technology company request for a guitar? I am just glad that Applied Materials has some easier and faster way of correcting this issue (not waiting for 10 days). Despite having this bad experience on shipping, I still decided to let Adorama know (Chat 2868663) that I have the package and they can close the issue/investigation. A lesser soul could have done less. Suggestions: 1 There must be a way to have this wrong address issue solved faster, not 10 days. 2. I wish there is some form of quality check for packaging labels before they are sent out for shipping.
