The 200DL Underwater Housing is designed to accommodate the 2020 Canon EOS R5, one of Canon's most eagerly awaited cameras in the past decade. The EOS R5 features a new 45-megapixel CMOS sensor housed in a durable, weather-sealed body with an OLED electronic viewfinder. This camera allows videographers to shoot 8K RAW video at 30p and 24p or oversampled 4K footage at up to 120p. Its Dual Pixel AF II system ensures fast and accurate autofocus even in low light settings, with 1053 autofocus points and a Deep Learning feature for tracking both people and animals.

The housing incorporates our innovative Dry Lock (DL) port system, designed to minimize the risk of water droplets reaching your camera sensor. The DL ports are lightweight yet sturdy, capable of withstanding rough surf conditions. The system of extensions can accommodate a wide variety of lenses with ease, and most popular zoom lenses and select lens focus rings can be engaged using simple gearing for easy adjustments.

The included vacuum valve allows you to pressurize the housing to check for leaks before submerging your equipment. The open-groove design of the rear o-ring seal provides a reliable, waterproof seal that is easy to maintain.

The 200DL Underwater Housing supports both manual strobes and TTL electronics, depending on your shooting needs. The manual hotshoe with Ikelite ICS-5 bulkhead supports manual strobe exposure with a wide variety of strobes. For the fastest and most accurate strobe exposure, add the DL5 DS Link Canon TTL Converter and CT1 TTL Hotshoe Kit # 46075 and a compatible Ikelite DS strobe.

Ergonomics are a key feature of the 200DL Underwater Housing, with large, curved control levers for shutter and autofocus. The rotating controls are operated via premium soft-touch knobs, and all rear camera buttons are accessible by smooth action, hard anodized aluminum push buttons.

The camera mount is front-loading for easy installation and removal, and the camera's built-in Wi-Fi feature allows you to download photos to another device without removing the camera from the housing. The housing, tray, and handles have been optimized to reduce weight while maintaining strength and durability.

The 200DL Underwater Housing is constructed from a new ABS-PC blend front, providing improved contrast and visibility, keeping your camera cooler in the sun, and offering a significantly lighter weight than aluminum alternatives. Each housing is made in the USA, individually inspected for fit, and water pressure tested to 200 feet (60m).
