I bought these before a trip and they worked great, were comfortable, and I never felt like I was unaware of what was going on around me. The main challenge I've had with these is getting them to properly connect with both my phone and laptop. Connection has been very difficult and inconsistent. Though I would absolutely buy them again, I would like connectivity to be a much easier process.

Can't hear anything with these unless I'm in a silent room. If I'm outside I can hear the wind or cars driving by but no music or phone calls. I wouldn't even feel good selling these to someone to try and recoup my loss. All my skull candies have way way outperformed these

These were definitely worth the investment. Great quality, fits in my ears perfectly. I love that the case they come in charges them. The headphones and case both carry a charge for a long time.

Bought this from best buy as my other wired earbuds slowly stopped working. First ever JBL product after seeing people speak about the brand. The case could be made with better quality feels like the top is going to break off so handle lightly..the over-the-ear mechanism is a bit tight but not tight on my ear but hard to get on sometimes but it is flexible enough that it should work for most people. The quality which is what I heard the most about when it comes to JBL isn't the greatest but its good enough and Im hoping the quality of the product is good enough to last longer than the generic brands I get off amazon. The app does improve the quality slightly but not sure im a fan of that yet as im getting used to it after having it for a couple of hours. Update: After having it for a day the case struggles to close to charge the earbuds and it stays slightly open it really is a cheap case for the money...i've had chinese brand wireless earbuds that felt like better quality at a third of the price. Really dont like how if i want to adjust the earbud further into my ear I can accidentally press the button on them they should have added it on the side and not have it touch but an actual button.

Purchased a few weeks ago in hopes of upgrading from my old JBL earbuds. Sound quality is not good. Sounds very windy like a seashell when not on am active call or listening to music. Have to force the further into ear to hear the music or call better and to eliminate the windy/ocean sound. The fit is very uncomfortable. I've tried all the sizes that came in the box, no luck. Falls out of my ear will sitting doing nothing at all.

pretty uncomfortable and touch buttons on headphones are a big no for me at this point. they trigger on anything except your finger so even if you disable the control so your not constantly having your music turned off you still hear constant beeping from the "button" getting activated and then the system constantly going off about google assistant for whatever reason

First pair recieved 4/24, and worked fine for a few months. Then they wouldn't charge. Got a replacement from JBL, and they worked great til a couple months ago. Again, stopped charging. Plugged in multiple times, took them out and put back in case, said fully charged. Put them on and right a way low battery warning. Happened multiple times. Case said charged, app said both at 10%. Would jot charge more than that. Using different brand now

I have bought 2 pairs of these. In both pairs, the right earbud quit charging and now won't work. They both quit within a year.

Absolutely amazing product ! I purchased a pair of Endurance Peak 3 Earbuds in December or 2024 and unfortunately LOST the charging case last month and had to resort to purchasing a whole new pair of earbuds. I am so glad I bought a new pair instead of replacing the charging case . For some reason this new pair sounds better than the pair I purchased last year. Purchasing this product directly from the JBL SITE was absolutely amazing! The customer service representatives were extremely helpful and prompt in responding to my questions and concerns . I would recommend JBL PRODUCTS to anyone and everyone. Great company

This is my second pair and the only headphones that stay in comfortably, don't mind sweat, and the battery lasts. I ran a marathon and tried multiple sets while training and these were the best!

These are my favorite headphones and I've been using them since the gen 1 version. I travel to very poor countries a lot and these just survive everything, are reliable, have a long battery life, they stay in your ear. They don't have ANC, but they just naturally block out loud noises to where I can sleep on planes, and when I use them around turbines and jets or on loud worksites it just functions like an earplug basically. I use the talkthrough feature if I want to talk to people without removing them. I also like how they stay in place underneath a motorcycle helmet. They really can take a lot of abuse and have a great battery life and when i put them in my ears they're not gonna fall out. I'd recommend these to anyone who will be using them while working with their hands or while travelling or if you want something that will comfortably stay in place even under a helmet, and if you like this style of headphone.

I bought the endurance peak 3 a week or two ago and they are refurbished and I like them a lot but they are not that loud and I've had them before and they were a lot louder then these id like two re turn them and get new ones maybe thats the problem

Headphones won't come out of mono mode, so only plays audio from one earbud. This is one of the few settings you can't change in the app for some reason. Instructions to fix do not help, seems to be a common issue also. They're difficult to get on your ears. Impossible to do so without changing settings via the buttons built into the earbuds.

On a call the other part does not hear anything... I ve done resets, all recomendations...tech support cannot help because they don t know anything about the product

Infelizmente, alguns meses depois de comprar o produto, deixou de ser possível carregar os auriculares. Na loja trocaram por uns novos, mas o problema voltou a acontecer. Pelas reviews que pude consultar, é um problema recorrente, eventualmente algum defeito no design. Tirando esse defeito, são muito confortáveis, som com qualidade, embora o volume máximos seja um pouco baixo.

Sound is terrible. Sounds like I'm listening to something underwater, and the volume level on the top end is too low. I can't even hear anything while running along a busy street.

Sounds quality is very good on a phone call and with music. However, when trying to hang up on a call, I tap on the earpiece and nothing happens, the call is still connected. I hear the beep, like it hung up, but it didn't. This happens most of the time, but there have been a few times when it did work. My favorite quality is that when on a phone call, the surrounding noises do not interfere with the sound quality for the person on the other end of the call. This was the main reason why I bought the JBL Endurance Peak 3 refurbished over the ear earbuds.

I've had these headphones for about 6 months because I was waiting for them to "grow on me". They never did. It has all these cool features on the box that end up getting in the way. I wear glasses and they fit awkwardly and uncomfortably. When I don't wear glasses, I'm always adjusting them. Imagine, you're on the treadmill and they're slipping. The moment you adjust them you activate a feature or pause the track you were listening to. Very annoying. How these managed to win an award is beyond me. The sound quality is good if you can get it in the right position (and get it to stay). They will slip out

I bought this a few months ago and so far so good. It holds it's charge really well and and the sound quality is good. Noise canceling, and you always have a charger. The ambient aware settings are ok, you can kinda hear your surroundings and kind of hear your music, not for me.

Very Comfortable. I wore them on the plane back and forth for 6 hours . Sound was great . Even fell a sleep with them in. No worries of falling out. Also had them on while I was golfing too . It was great to listen to tunes and play
