I bought these a couple of years ago and I was using them open morning of deer season and they fell out of my pocket on the way back to the truck. Five days later I find them in the middle of the trail half buried in sand after a rain storm. I thought they would not work but it was still showing a charge so when I got home cleaned them up and work just like new. I highly recommend this product.

JBL products are the best on the market. I own 3 Go-3, 2-Go 4 ,770NC, and tune buds zero noise.my grandsons have Go3's, 550nc . My 85 year old mamma is got her G-3 and she love it ! I would put JBL products against other products. I've had the other expensive products and I found your products above & beyond when I need and so happy that I spent money to have a great products. All you products deliver great sound .

These sound great, the only issue is that they tend to come out of my ear when running. My older JBL ear buds fit better.

I bought these earphones about a year and a half ago, have been great and just accidentally put them through the washer and dryer... Still working perfectly great product!

Terrible lifespan. I have had to return them twice due to one of the buds becoming quiet (no, there's no wax build up). After a few months my third pair is clipping and is quiet. Not getting these again.

These ear buds sound good and I like the noise cancelling and ambient sounds features - HOWEVER - they do not stay in your ears. I bought these primarily to wear/use in the gym. They are useless for the gym when you have to constantly push them back in and pick them off the floor when they fall out. What a huge disappointment.

Great sound and connectivity, the battery last a long time on one charge, gets me through a shift at work no problem.phone calls are clear and really easy to use. The only problem is the fit I used all the different ear attachments and they still seem to pop out at the worst times. Afraid I'm going to lose them. Especially where I work.

I've had my tune buds for about 7 months now and they worked perfectly for the first 5 months but now I can't get any sound louder than a whisper from the right ear bud. I've tried every solution I've found online but it only works properly for a couple of minutes before becoming quiet again. The sound quality from the function ear bud is fantastic, I just wish they both worked instead of only one.

Love the new JBL Tune ear buds I bought for me and my wife. Great sound and noise canceling. Hard to get them to stay in my ears but still like them. Guess I need to find some extra small cones to put on them to fit better inside my small ear canal.

I'm sure they might fit someone's ear ok, but not mine and many other people are reporting the same issue. I can't get them to stay in long enough for me to review the quality of the sound. Warning, based on all the reviews, if you purchase these, there is only a 20% chance they will fit your ear.

These are pretty alright for everyday use sound quality is a bit worse than airpods mainly due to having so much "Bass" it sacrifices a lot of other tones but still useable. For heavy work these are less than ideal when cutting material it will actually muzzle the noise kinda sounding like its shorting out in your ear. Construction and Fabrication boys just stick to the AirPods lol

These earbuds are horrible. I've had them less than a year and they don't work anymore. The earbuds won't take a charge. Plus they are always falling out of my ear. Do not buy.

It's been a few months of ownership and the main complaint I have towards these buds are the fact they slip out the ear a little to easy. They do offer the "tips" that are supposed to prevent these from happening, but the design is not meant to take a lot of movement before the earbud falls out.

These are absolute crap. Anyone who is giving them a good review obviously got paid and used the money to buy Apple earbuds. They fall out nonstop every time I move. I've tried all the sizes of the bud cover-they all do it. Everytime I touch them they switch from noise cancelling (which doesn't keep anything out) to ambient (which adds an unexplainable layer of static over what you're listening to), or on the other side they turn off. I truly hate these and will be getting Apple or Bose or even Skull Candy at this point. Anything would be better.

My bf and I have had many JBL products and they have always been great! Today I found my left earbud from my Tune Buds in my dryer 'water proof ' that earbud made it an hour in and out of water and then the dryer. It started charging like a champ and still works. I've had the buds for almost a year. And we've had many JBL products, I don't think we'd buy anything else at this point.

Hands down worst earbuds ive ever bought. Unless you plan on wrapping duct tape around your head to hold them in they fall out even if you're not doing anything. And yes I tried the different size tips.

Tried all sizes of earbuds every size they don't help because you must need a ratchet strap to keep them in your head. The earbuds weight 3 pounds a peice and the only thing to hold them in is your ear canal. Every five seconds they fall.

The JBL Tune Buds sound amazing. However, I can't get them to stay in my ear regardless of the size of molds I use while sometimes just walking around. They constantly fall out even with slight movement and low activity. This shouldn't be a reflection of the great sound quality, but it's a bummer because I can't really use them when doing easy yard work. They are fine if you're sitting still and work great on an airplane while using the noise canceling feature.

Echoing another reviewer who remarked that it really is impressive to create a pair of earbuds so poor that they motivate someone to actually go and leave a bad review. In addition to sizing complaints, these earbuds also seem to have a lot of trouble pairing consistently - like every third time - perhaps this has to do with the very large touch controls that it's impossible to avoid touching when you're trying to keep the things in your ears. Just bought these for full price at Target because I am desperate to get headphones that work with my iPhone 16. (No dongle, and my $250 Sennheisers are bricked.) This is the worst sound I've ever gotten from $100 headphones, with absolutely zero bass. Like, seriously, how can you sell these? And now I come here to write a review, and they're $50. These worked great for about six months. Then they stopped charging and just remain on when in the case, constantly connecting to my phone when I don't want them to. Followed the instructions for cleaning them to get charging to work again (clearly this is a known issue for this model), and at first they would work again for about a week but now some charge even right after cleaning. Totally worthless 7 months into using.

I am happy with the sound quality, controls and tuning options. The only problem is that the earplug gets loose too quickly so I need to adjust it frequently. This is a problem if I have the hands busy, like during working out. I tried the 3 different plug sizes
