Excellent shoulder pad.

I saw how solid this looked and knew it would be an outstanding addition to my shoulder rig. It is very well-built and solid. Most other shoulder rigs I've used were either flimsy or didn't have the functionality that this one does. My favorite is how you can use your own rods and add a battery pack on the back for balance.
