I get it from my institute but after 6months it's keyboard is not working while it's in good condition then I replace it with no cost because it is under warranty from. Support center then after 3 months the new one keyboard also not connecting and now my warranty is over so what should I do ,now I have to pay Rs3000+ for new keyboard And if your screen is broken you have to pay Rs11,500 for new screen when it is under warranty or not

I got this in February of 2022, and it is now December. I was able to get the Duet with a pen for $245 after tax. I wish I had waited for the OLED 13" to drop in price, but I couldn't have predicted when that would have happened. It's still pretty snappy, and the pen works pretty well. This is my travel computer, and it definitely gets that job done, while taking up little space. The keyboard is a bit tiny, but it has to be, given the size of the tablet. The pen is the nicest electronic pen that I have worked with, but I've only really worked with 3rd party styluses in the past. I have not really tried to play games on it, so I can't speak to that performance.

I bought this for $225 with pen and keyboard and that was a good deal. The pen did not work right with the first device and I had to get a replacement. The CPU is barely able to run ChromeOS and struggles with many tasks, most notably it crashes frequently on the Lenovo webpage! I can stream video, but the wifi loses connection frequently. The only reason I have this device is because I need something I can write with the pen. The keyboard is cramped and the ctrl button is sticking after less than a year. It was a good value for the money as long as you don't expect much performance-wise.

I bought two Lenovo Thinkpad Duets for my kids and the keyboard broke on both just before the 2 year mark. No solution or service from Lenovo as warranty is past. No replacement options anywhere online. I have to buy two new computers now. Don't take a chance on this product. Customer service was absolutely terrible when I called Lenovo. Was online for hours with various service staff and no resolution at the end.

I have had this Lenovo for over a year. I like most of it. I like the design, I like the detachable keyboard. I like that when I want a tablet, it does well, and I like when I want more, then I attach the keyboard and it becomes a chromebook. It runs my kids games well and screen looks good for watching movies. Battery seems to do fine. Browsing online does well too. Much faster than my other samsung tablet. I do feel like the speakers on this tablet are pretty lame. You cant hear much unless you are in a very quiet, small room. I also wish it had more than one USB-C port. A headphone jack, and another USB would be perfect. I have also run itnto the problem of fixing the screen. My screen cracked, and it is going to cost over $300 to fix it. So, sadly it is going in the trash, because it is cheaper to buy something else than fix it.

As a long time Apple user I decided to see what ChromeOS was all about. I purchased this from BestBuy as an open-box unit for $165. I was quite pleased to see the quality of this unit. Build quality is great, keyboard is responsive, touch input is snappy. One of my favorite feature is the ability to do cloud gaming on this device. I am able to play console quality games on this unit with ease. Overall this is an incredible value and I would recommend to anyone wanting an overall good 2-in-1 device.

I don?t know if mine just sucks, but it was delivered 12/01/21 and it?s now 4/28/22 and I?ve used it maybe like 6 times. It stresses me out trying to accomplish anything on it, even watching YouTube. It runs so slow my 7 year old iPad has the same speed. I splurged on this as a Christmas gift for myself and I wish I would?ve just returned it when I knew I didn?t like it back in December now because I?m just stuck with this crappy, expensive product.. I thought chromebook were supposed to be good, nice to look at, fast, etc.. but this just makes me annoyed any time I even try to unlock it.

This device is absolutely amazing. Build quality feels premium. In desktop mode it is real snappy and can handle a normal user workload. It can also run Linux, for developers its really useful. Only issue I felt is that in tablet mode, graphics seems little sluggish. I hope it will be fixed in future updates.

Great little unit, excellent for my versatile business need. Took a minute to get used to the keyboard size, but once you do it works nice. Screen display and action is great. My only issue with the unit is that the keyboard has a split shift key on the left. I am not a fan of that keyboard arrangement. Battery is pretty decent too

I bought this I don't know how long ago, but right out of the box it was incredibly slow. "Okay," I thought, "Must just be a Chromebook thing. I only really need it for Google Docs anyways, no biggie." Touchscreen doesn't work. I'll click 'play' on a Youtube video and it somehow backs out, goes to bookmarks, and closes another tab all from one simple input. It somehow needs an update every other hour, but doesn't even have basic functions. Please do not buy this product, it's quite literally the worst technology I've ever had the displeasure of interfacing with, and the person that created this should reconsider their life choices.

First time purchaser and user of a tablet, and for a older first timer I found your product very user friendly a easy to work with.

The chromebook works just as you would suspect, and is a great upgrade over our last one. The OS allows a little more flexibility than you would get from a lower end tablet, and can function better in its "laptop" form!

I am disappointed that a brand new Chromebook is still supporting Android 9 using older ARC++ container. When will my Chromebook be updated to ARCVM? Also, I find that many times the on-screen keyboard does not display even when the keyboard is disconnected. Bluetooth does not show my Android Phone. Bluetooth is having trouble reconnecting to my Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard and my Logitech Bluetooth Pebble 350 mouse. Overall its a good tablet, but needs updates for Bluetooth and Android support.

Unusable. Would constantly freeze forcing you to restart device. Google Play store doesn?t load and you can?t search for apps to download. Scrolling webpages wasn?t smooth and skipped. Screen isn?t bright enough.

Awesome chromebook that does exactly what we need it to. We are mostly using it for browsing the internet and watching netflix/prime while on the treadmill.

I got it and it worked perfectly for a few days, but then after 2 days it so ply stopped turning on. Customer service is complete crap, said they'd email me and then didn't, and the phone line hung up on me.

I needed something small for travel and working from coffee shops or breweries and this generally fits the bill. I use office 365, so there's no real need for on-board storage space. It seems to be better designed for media consumption than on-the-go productivity, however. Viewing videos and such are very clear and stream well, but the overall OS is sluggish. This is my first chromebook, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Based on the review videos I watched before purchasing, I anticipated that the OS would be a bit snappier. There's always a delay between my taps and OS responses on chrome, and sometimes that delay is up to 1-2 seconds. This occurs consistently at home where my internet connection is very strong. Animations when opening outlook or calendar are jilted. Overall, I got it on sale and it fits my needs, but it feels cumbersome to use because of the input delays and sluggishness.

Device arrived defective. Sent in to be fixed under warranty, repair status says damage isn't covered under warranty. Warranty ticket hasn't been updated in a week, and I can't get any information from Lenovo about what the issue is.

Bought this in jun 2020 and one year later the keyboard stopped working. Other than that it's a very nice design with adequate performance. Stilll usefull as a tablet but that defeats the purpose.
