An amazing versatile device
The original Legion Go is still great! It is versatile with detachable controllers, a functioning kickstand, and an enormous and immersive screen. I initially avoided this device because people mentioned its weight, but the ergonomics and distribution of weight really negate those comments? I came from a GPD Win 4 and this device honestly feels lighter to me. Especially considering you can take off the controllers. Shame about the prices rising for all of the models, though.

Legion Go
I really enjoy couch gaming on my legion go. As a dad of finding time to game is not always easy. The Lenovo Legion Go gives you the flexibility to have Co Cocomelon on the TV while you game on the device.

This thing rocks
I thought having a gaming computer in handheld format would be awesome, this surpassed my expectations. Being able to game, produce music, and all on the go, has become the primary way I've lived over the last couple of months. This thing rocks. The screen is great and my only desire would be more battery.

1.5yrs and 2 Switches later
I owned a XBOX Series X, sold it cause I knew I wanted the LeGo. Own a NS2; completely forgotten about because lenovo knows how to update. If you're any bit a techie; Buy, do not think. The immense power and added functionality with LeGo two controllers is heaven sent. Tab, email, tab; back to game. This is the future you wanted now.

A great handheld
The legion go is one of the best handhelds you can buy at the moment. It can play a vast amount of games, from AAA to simple pixel games easily.
The one major draw back about this device is the battery, but all handhelds suffer this issue and is that they don't last very long at full power.
The controls are good. The sound is decent if you EQ the speakers to your liking. It's not overly heavy, and has a nice lcd screen. If you play at home a lot, it's a great purchase. Not so much if you try to rely on the battery for long usage.

Best handheld
The Legion Go is a great machine that will carry you into the handheld gaming scene for many many years to come. I have had mine for almost 2 years now and this thing has become my favorite handheld to date. The OLED screen is awesome and AMD does not disappoint at all. There is plenty of ram and storage is roomy. At first my complaints were battery life and size but that was only at first. What you have to realize is that this is no Gameboy, you can throw anything at this handheld and with a few tweaks of the settings it can handle it as well as any desktop!

Love the new controllers
I brought the updated controllers for my LegionGo-1 . That with windows FSE makes it feel like a brand new console.

Legion Go S has incredible design
I love my New Legion Go S design, comfort and ease of play on the go. I use my Legion Go Gen 2 at home and take Legion Go S with me everywhere is so much fun. So Glad Lenovo designed and released a product to complement their main Legion Go system.

My lenovo legion go is the best handheld I've ever had. I have never had a problem with it and my gaming 1000x better. I would recommend it to anyone.

Form Factor is great, software needs work.
Loving the hardware, the software needs work. Replaced the OS into steamOS and it's a better experience. Gaming on the go with steamOS Is much better than windows due to better Sleep and Wake. You can pause the game and come back to it anytime. In windows this causes the game to crash.

I love the Legion Go. I previously owned the Rog Ally Extreme. Though I thought it was a solid device. I hated how loose the analogs were and how cheap it felt in my hands. The legion Go feels premium. It has an awesome display. The analog sticks feel great and being able to remove the controllers and use them in fps mode gives it more versatility. Its an awesome device.

GOOD GAMING PC
The Legion Go a great gaming device however I decided to return it because it wasn't for me. It's just far too heavy to play comfortably in my hands and the battery drains very fast.

Almost incredible, still quite solid.
Solid device with a lot to offer. Beautiful screen, plenty of power and multi purpose. The ability to detach the controllers is much appreciated when traveling as the stand alone screen makes an excellent tablet and/or laptop. However the device is a bit heavy and the battery drains fairly quickly. Despite these two minor shortcomings I find myself exclusively using this instead of my steamdeck, switch, and even personal PC.

Outstanding platform, only issue I had is that the gpu isn't the greatest but I love being able to change the fan speed and the battery usage.

Good device for travel.
Pros:
Controllers detach.
Most games run at 60fps on it.
Speakers sound good.
Screen looks nice and bright.
Legion software allows to control tdp and most settings you'll need.
Included travel case is well built.
Easy to open to clean.
Cons:
Heavy.
Battery life is ok. Only lasting 1h30m on performance mode.
Only has 2 USBC ports, wish it had 3.
Fan can be a bit loud even at lower RPMs

An amazing device.
An amazing handheld. Plays all games I throw at it really well. Was extremely amazed at getting FFVII Rebirth running on the device with very minimal tweaking. Would highly recommend getting this device especially if you enjoy using detachable controllers as well. I also use it as a tablet to watch videos whenever im cooking as well so it serves many purposes asides from just a gaming handheld.

I was an initial Steamdeck supporter, while a great system the larger screen, better processor and larger support for games on the Legion GO called to me. I haven't been disappointed with the purchase I use it daily to play my library of games not only on Steam but GOG and Origin (without having to mess with a workaround.

Nice handheld but not without its flaws
The Legion Go is a great device but not without its faults. The screen is large, and beautiful. It's powerful enough and designed well but then the shortcomings start to reveal. The battery life could be better. It's also unclear how to get the thing to go to sleep sometimes, so it may end up staying on and too hot when in the bag I keep it in. The detachable controllers seemed better in theory, and they were what initially drew me into the device. In practice, I can't say I've ever really used them. The controllers aren't super comfortable to hold long-term. And the device is just a little too big and cumbersome to be as handheld as you might think. Overall, I have high Lenovo brand loyalty and will continue to buy their products versus others but the Legion Go very much feels like a first gen device.

I'm maxed out at 70 lol. Battery?. Well it's got power and I get about the same as I would with my laptop. 3-4 hours which is more then enough for me . Feels sluggish ? Move too 144 hz . It does the trick . All and all this machine is amazing with some flaws but nothing too make you change your mind . I love it , some minor tweaks but that's why the go 2 is coming . This is my daily driver and will be for a long time .

Good choice with multiple uses...
I find this has versatility, as it is not only intended for gaming, but also can be used as a full Windows 11 computer. The screen is very bright and sharp with good colors. Touch is very responsive. The ram is shared, and setting to 8Gb in the bios helps game play. Also, set resolution down a notch can help with frame rate. Trying to be a Windows gaming console has drawbacks. The biggest issue is simply that most Windows games on Steam require a keyboard and mouse inputs. There are only some that are fully compatible for controllers, and others with limited controller support. So for full functionality, you must use an external keyboard / mouse.
The sound output from the tiny speakers is poor - the sound quality needs to be improved. Using headphones is the alternative. Battery life is limited. If gaming, 2 to 3 hours is about the limit - be prepared to be near an outlet for longer periods of time. I also found, as others, that this generates a lot of heat. I can see where the Micro SD card could be "fried". I set the fans to a higher level in hopes to not encounter this.
Frame rates were certainly not as good as a higher powered computer or console, but overall, I found games to be mostly playable - although with lower FPS.
Overall, the console can play games, and double as a "mini laptop" on the go, and if found on sale, could be an entertaining device.
