Why use CF?

Use with a D4 shooting sports where frame rate is essential. Never really hit the buffer using this card, even at 10fps. Multiple bursts are no problem and I can concentrate on shooting the action, and not worrying about overflow. And these cost far less than their Sony counterparts! The CF slot has a 32GB card; it's nice to know its there in case I need it, but it will buffer sooner than the XQD card. Reliability and durability are unknown as I have only had these cards for a short time. But my Sony has served me well for two years now, so I expect nothing less from Lexar! Lexar could really crush it by offering a combo card reader for D4/s owners - XQD/CF in addition their existing XQD and a CF/SD readers! Now that would be awesome! One card reader for all your D4 needs.
