This lens case is extremely well constructed. It holds my Nikon Z 70-200 f/2.8 S or AF-S 70-200 f/2.8 VR II lens with the hood installed backwards (without a body, of course). The case (and others of this brand/design in different sizes) has proven durable and protective. It works well for storage in between use and travel. I have found it easy to carry alone or as part of a system.

This Lowepro 11x26cm lens case fits perfectly my legacy Minolta 300mm f/4 lens that is 220mm long and that has an 82mm filter thread and a 100mm diameter lens hood. Compare these dimensions to your lens to estimate whether this lens case will accommodate your lens.

I had ordered a lens case from Adorama that was on backorder and decided not to wait and found another one at Adorama that was actually a better product. The Lowepro case was perfect for the lens that I needed a case for. It is very well designed and constructed and allows for various carry options. If you want a case that will protect your valuable lens, this is the brand to buy. Highly recommend.

The Pre-Owned Sigma 150 to 500 Zoom Lens has been great.The Lowepro Lens Case was a waste. It is a very nice case..... but My Lens with Hood, DOES NOT FIT IN IT.I would not have purchased it......If I knew the Lens came with a perfectly good case.

Lowepro has protected my equipment for years and I've never been disappointed. This case was bought primarily for a Canon 70-200, but it's equally usable for carrying an external flash, batteries, and accessories.. What's really cool is the modular design, allowing it to be securely attached to my Lowepro Toploader Pro 70 AW or Lowepro Toploader Pro 75 AW cases.

Its perfect for my Tamron 100-400 mm lens. Bonus may be that it fits with the Lowepro S&F utility belt and accessoiies. The lens is snug so i do not worry about damage.

Better than expected and has great padding for a 70-210 F2.8 lens. Since this lens is not always used I keep the lens in the case and found it very protective. The shoulder strap and belt loop are very functional and sturdy.

I was using the large Adorama Slinger case to hold my 300/4.5 Nikkor AiS lens, but it is too small. This Lowepro is a perfect fit for this lens, with an additional inch of length to spare. The case top opens the full 180 degrees for easy access to the lens. Construction quality is excellent, as are the Slinger cases. I was a bit skeptical when I opened the box and saw how large the Lowepro case is. It turns out to be a great fit for my 300/4.5 including the built-in tripod collar and Sirui quick release plate.

The Canon 70-200 F 2.8 EF USM I fits perfect with the hood in the storage position. Also works for the 100-400 4.5-5.6 with the hood in the storage position, but a bit snug. It will also work for the 16-35mm F 2.8 with the hood in working position and leaves enough room for a second similar size lens.

I bought this case to prot t an old Nikkor 100-300 ais zoom. The case fits the l lens with room to spare. It also velcros to the side of my Lowpro backpack perfectly. I highly recommend this lens case.

This lens case is indistinguishable from an F-stop lens barrel, which is what Lens Rentals uses to ship their lenses in. When Lens Rentals ship, they pad inside the lens case with foam and bubble wrap and completely fill the cardboard shipping box with foam to a minimum of 2". The Lowepro lens case is carried by more stores, which Is why I prefer it. Either of these cases are adequate protection for hand carrying a single lens. The 11 x 26 cm size case will hold a Nikon 70-200mm f/4.0 zoom or a Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 zoom (the older G lens). Those are the only two lenses I've used my Lowepro lens cases for.

its a tight fit for the lens. I like the padding and I feel that it will protect the lens. I have the RRS lens collar and foot for the lens and I have to take off the foot to get the lens in the case.

I recently purchased a used Sigma 50-500mm HSM, OS, DG, APO lens from Japan. A good value, but no case. This Case fits the lens perfectly. I can force the hood in as well with some light padding, but the Tripod Collar does not fit. Small price to pay for a perfect fit for the lens.

Designed as a replacement case for larger lenses (e.g. 210mm f/2.8). This is well padded with enough straps and loops to fit outside a backpack or sling over a shoulder. I use it for an older 300mm f/4.0 lens whose OEM case case has finally degraded. It provides good storage, protects the lens from the elements and knocks in the car, and makes it easy to carry between locations. It is bulky - but that is what protection requires.
