I am totally pleased with my Lowepro Trekker 650 Backpack. Not only does everything fit in it, it is also very comfortable to carry. Less stress on my shoulders than my other backpack. If you have photo gear to carry, this is the case to do it with.

LowePro backpacks remain consistently excellent, dating back to the original Photo trekker circa 1987, which I owned and used until I finally managed to beat it to death. The Pro Trekker 650 is the one to get if you need to pack lots of gear. I routinely bring two large D-SLR bodies, 4 large zooms (16-35 f:2.8 through the 100-400), a macro lens, two flashes with radio trigger and a bunch of filters. It all fits, with a slot or two to spare. The little fold-away tripod holder works quite well. And the excellent harness system makes it very comfortable to carry for miles. The only downside is that fully loaded, you're talking 40-50 lbs, so be forewarned. Smaller people may struggle.

Sadly I had to return it because it was just too big for me, with that said it really is a great camera bag but for someone larger than 5' 7. Thanks Adorama for returning the bag, that was awesome....I did order the LowePro pro runner 450, I'm hoping this is much easier to carry.

You can put a lot of equipment in this bag but it can get quite heavy. The harness is very good and help supporting the weight. One of the reason I bought this bag is for keeping the "old" Canon 600 f/4 with the camera attached. A little tight but works.

The Lowepro Pro Trekker 650 AW Backpack allows you to carry and protect 2-3 pro DSLRs, including 1 with up to a 600mm f/4 lens attached .It also fits 5-7 extra lenses, 2 flashes, a tripod or monopod and up to a 15" laptop. The ActivLift System harness for load-lifting support is constructed to mimic the natural "S" curve of the back and transfers more weight from your waist to your hips for added comfort.
The MaXFit System of padded, adjustable dividers provides a snug, secure fit for your gear. Tall mesh side pockets give you more space for accessories and a hydration pocket stores up to 70 oz of liquid in an optional water reservoir. Additionally, the removable protective backpack lid doubles as a waist belt/pack, offering multiple pockets and comfortable mesh. A built-in All Weather Cover with adjustable cinch straps and rainflap, coupled with a durable 1000D Cordura base, keeps your gear dry. The Pro Trekker is crafted from water-resistant, 630D, high-density Oxford nylon.
