Light weight, fit properly on Manfrotto pistol grip head and Manfrotto MHXPRO-3W Head, Because the photography is only a hobby for me, I don't use the tripod so often, but I hope this Quick release plate should endure any camera weight and weather.

Wanted to have a 2nd QR plate for a second camera to allow easier switching between bodies by leaving the QRP mounted on each one. Exactly like the one that came with the Manfrotto tripod.

The materials used to create this plate seems to absorb shock very very well! A carbon fiber tripod, a nice tripod head and this plate will definetely work for long exposure photos!!!!
