This high-quality, sturdy video head amalgamates all the superior features of our 500 series heads, with the added capability to support top weight loads exceeding 35 lbs.

The 526-1 Fluid Video Head is designed with a replaceable and removable pan arm rosette. This unique feature ensures that in the event of any damage to the side castings, only a small, easily replaceable part needs attention. This durable video head also boasts large rubber padded knobs, enhancing grip and control for the user.

All the essential controls, including tilt and pan lock, and tilt drag, are conveniently located on the left side for easy accessibility. The 526-1 offers our most precise fluid drag system, featuring three step settings for low, medium, and high drag levels (numbered 1, 2, and 3). Additionally, it includes a no-drag setting (number 0) for specific occasions such as snap-pans/tilts.

The counterbalance is achieved through an adjustable spring, accommodating camera weights ranging from 17.5 to 33 lbs. The built-in 4-inch half-ball adapts to several of our tripods with a 4-inch receiver, enabling quick and easy leveling of the camera with the aid of the bright leveling bubble.
