Not a plug and play for me. Took me lots of time. First called NightGear. First guy (probably not US not interested, Probably his boss came on line and helped a little. I gave up and waited for next day. Called back and got some more advice, last try before file 13. Advised to get Xfinity to remotely remove a block in their modem.
