This is an incredible bag and holds an insane amount of gear, sometimes too much. I have been able to load it down with multiple camera bodies, both film and DSLR, multiple lenses, film, laptop, a full weekend's worth of clothes, and haul it for short trips. It does get heavy with all of that in it, but with just the camera gear it is quite manageable. It is easy to work out of in the field and on assignment.

I absolutely recommend this bag for anyone that needs more space as well as some clothes for 1-3 days. I've taken it on a trip already and it has worked amazing, I still brought a carry-on suitcase, but mostly to bring back some extra clothes/gear I received and souvenirs as well. Though a bit heavy for a daily carry, if you carry a ton of equipment and don't require a Pelican case, then I still highly recommend it.

Nice bag for fitting gear but, no padded hip belt is a real deal breaker. When large lenses and bodys bring the weight upwards of 20+ lbs...carrying that all on your shoulders is simply not fun.

The McKinnon Camera backpack is probably better suited for photography than videography. Typically these days I'm shooting video with two lumix S1H bodies and several lenses. Getting everything I need to use in the bag has been a challenge. I was very used to the Tamrac Expedition 9X, which was a beast of a bag and held everything I needed. When you add in the wireless mics, the external monitor, power supplies for the cameras, the batteries needed for everything, the audio recorder, it's a very tight fit. I'm not a big fan of the fact that the main opening is on the side with the straps, and unfortunately I have to rezip one side to access items on the alternate side, which is just not efficient for me. I understand why the zippers are made with a flap that pretty much hides the zippers, but as I have had bags with similar features the zippers at times get stuck and are not as freely moving as I'd like. The bag is comfortable enough to carry on my back. I personally find no use for the waist strap and glad to see that it was easily removable. I gave the bag three out of five stars basically because I think the price is not commensurate with the quality of the bag and also some of the features that I find less than ideal. It's a good bag, I'm hoping it will last a very long time, and that I'll get my money's worth out it over time.

I was a bit sceptical at first with such a high price but upon receiving the bag I was blown away. Talking about receiving, I live in the UK and the bag arrived within FOUR days of shipping!! This bag has everything I wanted... space for the camera and gear, space for my warm gear and space for my food ??. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be buying Nomatic products from Moment again.

Finally! I?ve found a bag that can hold all my gear and when it?s on my back I can barely feel it. And it looks super cool to. Definitely recommend to all.
