The Oympus TG-4 is the first camera in the Tough line to capture RAW images. As with its predecessor the TG-3, the TG-4 is designed to function in extreme shooting conditions. It is waterproof to 50 feet, crushproof to 220 pounds, shockproof from drops of up to 7 feet, freezeproof down to 14 degrees F, and is sealed against dust. The TG-4 features a 16MP sensor that measures 6.17x4.55mm and has an ISO range of 100-6400, and a top shutter speed of 1/2000 sec. Olympus's Tough line has been a leader in compact underwater cameras for years, with both minor and major refinements added over the years. AF target selection has been refined, and a new Underwater HDR feature corrects color tones and combines multiple images for vivid images with improved highlight and shadow detail. The Olympus Stylus TG-4 includes a 25-100mm (35mm equivalent) f/2.0 internal zoom lens and macro focusing as close as half an inch away. Capture 8 images in rapid sequence while rapidly shifting focus and then merge them to produce a final image with increased depth of field. Built-in Wi-Fi allows users to share images on iOS or Android mobile devices, and GPS records location information that travels with the image. The camera also records barometric pressure, altitude, and water depth. The Olympus Stylus Tough TG-4 comes in Black and Red.
