Functionally great but cheaply made
Like the other Orlit products I have, it works well but it's cheaply made. The rubber buttons feel like they're going to break too. The display is almost impossible to read so I have to use the bluetooth feature to link it to my phone.

A must for Canon/Orlit Light users
This trigger is the best! I use it with my Orlit Rovelight RT 610 and it is very responsive + has an amazing range! I would definitely recommend pairing it with Orlit equipment.

Good, not perfect, but good.
Well, I do have some mixed feelings for this remote. The printed labels wear off quickly and the lighted dial is not as bright as I would prefer for outdoor shooting, and sometimes it skips a fire command. But overall it is a quality product and easy to use. I've considered ordering a second one so I have a backup.

Good product
Refused to switch modes to Manual while using it with the Sony A7rIII. It is a good Trigger no doubt, but just not for Sony A7rIII.

Decent trigger unit
This trigger works well once it is set properly. I did find 3 things which needs improving;
1 I find that communication between the trigger and camera is inconsistent at times.
2 Wished there was an infered beam for low light situations
3 Be mindful of pressing the powe button on the trigger as it will have the channel in a sort of "limbo" where they aren't set. This causes loss of communication without any indicator expect the channel value blinking. Pressing the power button sets the channel and fixes this issue.
All in all, a good trigger with some room for improvement.

Functional but only after I contacted Adorama
The transmitter arrived not functioning as it should. I had to contact Adorama to get it to work.

Works as intended!
Product has worked great with the one thing to improve is to add backlighting to the unit’s display. Overall very happy with the product.

Nice trigger
This trigger can also trigger my 2 600ex-rt. Cool trigger specially when Using with the orlit monolights. You can even control the modeling light on and off with the trigger. First I got a defective one, but Adorama immediately replaced my trigger upon letting them know about the defect. Kudos to the support team and to Adorama.

Great trigger, easy to use
Works great! Been using it to do head shots and hasn’t failed me. I like how easy it is to use. Tested it on the app and it also was very easy and worked well.

Works...but pain to read and use
This trigger works most of the time, but it doesn't like to stay tight on my hot shoe, it doesn't always trigger correctly and worse, it's a pain in the butt to read in any light. It has to be hands down the WORST screen for reading information I've ever had on a camera device. If I'm outside taking photos...tough luck if trying to read the screen, I have to find a towel or something to see what my settings are. I MUCH prefer the original model (even though it's bigger and clunkier) because you can see the settings. Better yet, get the Korean version for $ that also includes an IR light for focus assist. That device rocks...even if it's also not 100% accurate on triggers.

Very good trigger
Use this trigger for a long time in a studio and on location with Orlit monolight. What I want to say - its amazing, all works perfect, can turn on/off a modelling lamp, not all trigger can do this, also sync from rear curtain sync and front. Very friendly app that can allows you to extend management to 6 group of flash and that is perfect in a studio (more than 6 monolight often not used) , you don't need go to each flash to up and down power, you just use trigger and app. Also app extend to the Freeze mode, that there is no button on the remote. it would be very cool if the remote /app also showed the speed in the freeze mode. Also great feature is a sleep mode that can help you on location -you don't need to turn off trigger or take it off,
when setting up the background exposure just press sleep button and the flash will not fire, than again press sleep and flash will be fire - Now you can adjust the exposure of the object

HSS problems
It's a trigger, it shouldn't be all that complicated. I use it in manual with my RT-601 strobe on my Sony A7ii. When connecting the trigger to the hotshoe of my camera the camera shows no indication that a flash is present (with the Godox trigger a lightning bolt indicator appears when attaching a trigger). Manual functions work ok however, until the shutter speed is raised over 250. Setting the sync button to HSS the light correspondingly goes into HSS mode as well. That would be cool if it actually worked. The flahs fires and Curtain bands is all I get. I upgraded the firmware on both the trigger and the light. Still no flash indicator on the trigger but now the light shows double (two) HSS indicators on it's LCD. So that's different. HSS WORKS with a shutter speed of 1000 or higher. Any shutter under 1000 and above 250 I still get curtain banding. Anyway, since I've had to pull my hair out getting something as simple as HSS working I knocked off two stars and given that it still does not function as it should I'm thinking of returning both the light and trigger and going 100% Godox, which just works without all the hassle.

It’s a great trigger for the lights although took me a little while to figure it out maybe that’s just me but it is very quick as far as the settings from the controller to the lights so I’m happy with this product.

Unreliable
Worked for doing a test shoot and then die. The unit would just stay on for 5-10 sec and turn itself off. After an attempt to replace the batteries in hopes that it just needed fresh batteries. The unit went dead and stop working period. Disappointed in the quality of the product.
