I bought this to make it safer to hand-hold my camera while I'm walking around out and about, it's great for street photography just having some added peace of mind. It has the typical Peak Design build quality and strength so I have completed faith that if I do drop my camera the cuff will do it's thing, plus it looks great, feels comfortable to wear for hours at a time, and the magnets do add to the use ability by having somewhere tidy to keep the end when it's not attached to the camera! I use this on my right wrist and my watch is on my left wrist, which is perfect for me but if you're a right-wrister for both then you should possibly avoid this if you're concerned about the magnets affecting the watch movement - the materials are soft enough that scratching definitely won't be an issue.

Honestly I was sceptical about needing a strap in this price range, it's not cheap, but it absolutely does the job. I've had 2kg+ of Canon R6 and EF 70-200 f2.8 L lens hanging from it and it's been stable and steady (although not comfortable, if you just let all that weight hang on it!) When not stress-testing the strap, it's incredibly comfortable to wear and seems hard-wearing (though I've only had it for a few weeks). I'd definitely recommend this.

Excellent quality as are all their product. I also have one of their backpacks which is my favorite and pouch that holds all my electronic cables. Again great quality and well designed.

I have had this Cuff for a long time and on many different cameras. I recently had it on a camera in a bag while on my trip around Tokyo and realized it was scratching the screen of the camera. I guess this is both my fault for not even considering the metal adjuster buckle could scratch, but seriously Peak DESIGN, a company that DESIGNS photography gear decided metal was a good idea here... stupid. I'm now going to be out $170 for a replacement screen and don't plan on buying from Peak again in the future, too much hype, not enough care.

I'm a professional photographer and I have resisted (with every fibre of me being) purchasing a wrist strap until... I nearly dropped my new Canon EOS R5 on a shoot. My cat-like reflexes treated me well that day and all was fine. PTSD inducing, but fine. Anyway, I picked up Cuff in the snazzy Ibis color and I am loving its ergonomics. Look, I don't like camera straps so for me to find one that doesn't irritate me and is crafted in a way that actually (gasp) makes me want to use it is a thing. The PD Cuff does that.

I bought the Cuff Black for my Leica camera after looking at all the other alternative strap I went for the Peak Design brand for quality and design . I highly recommend Peak Design products to anybody .

Awesome. Easy to switch between cuff and slide lite neck strap. Cinches down onto wrist so it never slips off.

It's well made, for sure. And it seems very strong. But it's quite rigid and bulky compared to what I expected. The anchor loops don't easily fit in the Ricoh GR IV's slots, but I was able to fit it in one of them using some floss. The little metal tab for adding anchors marred one of the camera's loop slots, too. And the cuff itself is stiff and quite long, making using it with the GR pretty clumsy. The default band that came with the camera came is surprisingly much more effective. If I hadn't damaged the metal tab and the packaging when trying to futz with this, I'd have returned it.

Very well-thought-out design. AND I love the color! The only negative is I wish I could make the anchor link shorter. It just flaps a little too much when I bring the camera up to my face.

This wrist strap is a convenient alternative to using a full sized strap in situations where the length and bulk would get in the way but you still want something to prevent the floor damage that a camera crash would cause.

Bought this for my Nikon Df for those days when I don't want to use the Slide but rather hand hold the camera. It's ideal and I just love the thoughtful design to wear this as a bracelet with the magnetic closure - the Cuff is just there when you need it, no need to go fishing for it in your bag or backpack. The quality is excellent, and the ash color fits nicely with the design of my Slide, also in ash.

I bought the Cuff to go with the Everyday Case for my iPhone 15 Pro. I have several other Peak Design products and can say that I have never been disappointed with any of them. The build quality is excellent and it is clear that much thought has gone into the design of every product with many small touches that enhance usability and comfort.

It's a pretty simple product but that is a good thing. The connector is very easy to clip on and off (assuming you give yourself enough slack). It is comfortable to wear and feels very secure. I have, carefully. hung a 2.5kg, 400mm long DSLR off the strap when I needed to! It gives me total security against dropping my camera that means I can have a relaxed grip. Paradoxically this means I never drop it! The two-handed part is opening up the strap to put it on or take it off my wrist. Sometimes I want to do this while still holding the camera and this can be a challenge. That's probably a feature rather than a problem. It should not be easy for the strap to come off when the camera is not supported. Simply placing the camera on a surface makes for an easy task to loosen the strap. If there is one thing I would change, it would be to get some colour other than black because I can never figure out which side to pull to loosen. I can see the different materials on each side, but my brain refuses to remember which of these should be pulled. I bet a colour would work for me.

With other cuff straps I find I wear them out in 6 to 12 months, so for my latest purchase from PD, how could I go wrong? The cuff is fine, but not as comfortable or as easy to use as other brands. If that is what it takes to give a lifetime guarantee, then that's fine.

Everytime I pick up my camera I already have the cuff around my wrist. Not that I ever plan on dropping my camera, but if it were to happen I trust the cuff to catch it. The inclusion of magnets is a big brain design because if I'm not holding my camera, I can detach the cuff from the anchor and wear the cuff in bracket mode.

Works really well and is a life saver for someone who is as clumsy as me. Snugs tightly when I drop my camera and is easy to adjust and mount. Great to use as a bracelet when the camera is in the bag or using the neck strap.
