I got this as a warranty replacement from Peak Design after my V1 developed a problem from years of daily use. Its very nice. The colour is good.

I have been using everyday backpacks for almost a decade now, and every normal day and every trip I take with it, it amazes me how much easier it makes it for someone like me who likes to be organized. This second version also has some improvements like the magnets for storage. It's even better when using it along with the pouches, for further organizing. All in all it's a wonderful and very comfortable experience to use this backpack.

I have been enjoying Peak Design backpacks since V1 and cannot imagine using any other backpack or gear. It's sleek design, intuitive use, and large space makes this an integral part of my day to day commute for every day use and for long trips. Anytime I have had an issue with the backpack - years of wear and tear - the lifelong warranty has always succeeded in replacing and upgrading my bag. Do i miss the duller, matte finish of my original brown bag, absolutely - but the newer finish feels more modern and I'm growing to love it. I have never let go of my original V1 keychain system as I'm not a bungee cord person.

I am a fan of FDE and Coyote colors, and they do vary slightly from product to product; one thing Coyote isnt supposed to be is gold. Honestly, the bag is top quality, but them calling it Coyote is very misleading! If you want a bright gold bag that catches everyone's attention and says "I have expensive stuff in me, steal me, steal me!" Then this is the color wave for you! Otherwise, stick with black or gray.

Great bag with the hip belt added. Needed to think a little outside the box to pack it with my camera gear the first few times I used it. The will hold more than you think.

I use mine everyday for work with the shelves in a T formation. My everyday essentials goes in one side, work equipment in the other, then my lunch on top

I have the bag for about 1.5 months. It's holding fine; however, the black coating on the metal parts is already showing some scratches. I hope the bag will last at least 5 years.

Backpack is extremely well designed and we'll made. It has all the bells and whistles you could imagine (and some you couldn't). Great access to the content of the backpack, security (from theft, and from physical damage) and ease of use. It's perfect for travel, for everyday commute, for transporting cameras and laptops etc. Overall great backpack. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

This bag, like it's predecessor, can handle a lot of gear without sweat. It is agile for all situations. Looks sharp. Boardroom to boarding (yes, I skateboard with it). Fits under airplane seats as a personal item, but packs gear for a weekend.
