Essential, unfortunately

This is the only way to mount the 21mm (equivalent) lens converter to the Ricoh GR III. It is effective, but doesn't seem as secure as the older version for the GR and GR II; there seems to be a bit of play, though it doesn't appear to affect image sharpness. Over-priced for what it is, but nothing else will do the job.

It works, but feels kind of cheap/lightweight

It is worth getting so you can use polarizer and nd filters with the 49m thread. The better use is to attach the wide angle converter lens. This functions perfectly, it just feels a bit cheaply made. Nicer materials or a lower price would make this 5 stars
