Seems like a good carry-around lens but a little heavier than I thought

I purchsed this lens as a carry-around lens for street photography. It is a bit heavier than I would like. I have it attached to my Sony a6000. It seems to be well-constructed. I can't comment on the image quality since I haven't been able to use it as much as I've wanted yet.
