The drive installed super easy and the transfer software provided through Samsung worked perfectly. the drive is twice as fast and 4 times the size as my old SSD drive.

Bought another (2) samsung 1TB SSD Using Samsung Migration software to create back up boot drives is extremely useful and easy creating confidence for any workstation issues. Samsung SSDs for data storage and complete systems support.

Only lasted about 6 months before breaking and the warrenty/ contacting customer support is so bad i just spent about an hour and a half to contact customer support and fill out all the info. Now i have to wait.

Out of the 7 different SSD "brands" i currently own anr have installed on my media server: -Samsung, by far is the most reliable and easiest to work with. Best suppprt software & drivers. Which is why i have 5 of these 2TB ssds runing in raid.

I needed a reliable 2.5 inch form factor drive to populate my IODD 2531 ... I now maintain at present 30+ different ISO imaged which I can boot a server with while building them out! adn there is more ... I created a bootable Windows 10 image by copying over its VHD so I can brign a system up in Windows when all else has failed. I watched a 5.7GB ISO come through in less than 45 seconds, I couldn't ask for more.

I wanted to replace my drive in my PS4 to get quicker load rates and I even increased the capacity from 1TB to 2 TB. Since newer games can take up to about a quarter of the original hard drive, it is a better idea to increase it. This was extremely simple to do after 1 video tutorial. A simple formating and reinstall of all games, I was back in business getting faster loading screens and with hardline fiber internet I could install ~300GB games in about one and a half hours later.

Works great, fast load ins to games, fast launches, the ssd is way faster than my internet can keep up with. The Samsung wizard program is really nice for settings and monitoring its health.

I was tired of having to move files around to external drives, so I bought this to upgrade my internal drive. Also bought an external case, so I can still use the old drive for extra storage, but 2TB gives me plenty of room that I don't have to figure out which external drive has the file I'm looking for.
