Great product, great performance, speedy data transfer It's the size of a credit card so easily portable I don't know about durability because It doesn't really experience that but it seems pretty durable, stays cool and resistant to the elements.

the so best portable SSD best portable SSD t7 Shield by Samsung is a great device I have video games from Steam installed and they run phenomenally on it even though they're not directly stored on my gaming device they are stored externally. with that being said I have noticed the only issue with this device that I seem to experience the connectivity to other USB type-c chords I have a high data transfer and would plug that in and it would work phenomenally but even the lightest top of that cord would cause it to come unplugged so unless I'm using the one provided by Samsung it doesn't seem to want to stay in the durability is really great I like the rugged design of the item however I do wish it had mounting spots I did 3D print a holder for it to attach it to my gaming device so I would have no issues and I haven't because of how Samsung is built the device had any issues with it being to hot despite adding an extra layer of I guess you can say to it as the holder. So the internal cooling seems great.

When looking for a new SSD portable a while back, this definitely caught my eye! I already know Samsungs products last, and have great performance, but I wanted to make sure this one would be tough as well! Have not been disappointed! While being almost ridiculously small for its 2TB, its fully wrapped in a casing that almost screams 'drop me! I dare ya' While I haven't yet, partially since that casing also creates a anti-slip feature, it was purchased to hold car software for my laptop, so its not always handled that nice, often in a rush to setup, look something up, and go back to work.. dirty, grimy hands, swapping from usb to usb c ports depending on laptop, sitting in whatever weather, whereever I set up, has never been an issue! It's always ready to grab and go!

Product works amazingly!!! I have no complaints, I can't say that I have ever had a legitimate complaint about any Samsung devices, except for the whole security issues, being to easily hacked into. Other than that (awsome) tech. Thanks!!!!!!

Its good for rough use. I broke 3 drive till today. But this one last the most. It connect fast and have good speed. Even after continuous use it doesn't get hot.

I got it for family photos and videos. Easy to use with a simple type C plug, it is very fast, and u can store it anywhere for how slim it is, to me it doesn't get hot nor warm and it has lasted me for 4 years with no problem whatsoever.

the device itself has been really good I've been using it for years probably about 6 or 7 years at this point durability has been really good she's regarding durability it's still fast it still works the same as when I bought it I've moved it many times it sits behind my desktop PC and very portable and it hides itself well a better place for it inside of my case I would put it inside of my case

I bought this ssd drive months ago and love the speed and feel of the case (grip) and 4tb capacity. I use it weekly for backups and find it a very durable reliable form of 'take it with you' security. Having all my docs available and safe from loss is invaluable. One of my best buys yet!

I use this drive on my PS5, it is very easy to transfer files due to the speed, i have had samsung hard drives, flash drives and a few ssds this one has got to be my favorite. 1 terabyte is enough to hold a lot of games and photos and the durability is very crazy, it resists being dropped off heights that killed other drives, but this one survives.it connects in seconds to my pc and consoles instantly.
