The first time I used this device it in a professional setting it did not function correctly. I had already tested it and everything was ok. I used to record 5 podcasts in a row and finalized the recordings after each take. When I got in the edit suite and went to dump the audio and there was none there all that existed was .bin files and a half-written folder. I have been in contact with the manufacture and they have been in contact with engineers to try and solve this issue. It has been over two weeks now and still no luck. It's cost me a client and a lot of money. I bought something I thought would help me make money but now it has cost me more in the long run. I have returned to using my 5-year-old Zoom H4N that works like a charm every time. I really feel like I made a huge mistake by buying this. If I had to do it over I wouldn't buy this product. Just to give a follow up I tried it again and it did the same thing again. I contacted the manufacturer over two months ago and have not heard from them.
