Because professional videography demands precision, durability, and versatility, this Baseplate and Camera Cage with Handles, Matte Box, Follow Focus Pro for Canon C70 is the perfect solution. Crafted from high-quality CNC aluminum, this kit is designed to add functionality and handheld convenience to your Canon C70 camera.
The L-shaped handle, constructed from anodized aluminum, is lined with a smooth, wooden finger grip made from Canadian maple. It features the innovative SHAPE Push-Button Technology, allowing you to balance the weight and rotate the handle for a 360-degree axis. The handle is equipped with numerous 3/8"-16 ARRI-style anti-twist accessory threads and a cold shoe designed to receive a spring-loaded cold shoe foot. This feature enables you to mount accessories like a monitor, a video light, or a microphone weighing up to 4.4 lb.
The kit includes a form-fitting side plate, a top plate, and an adapter plate that connect together with a side post to protect your camera. It is designed with several 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes with ARRI standard anti-rotating holes. The top plate is also designed to fit the factory Canon C70 top handle. An offset Cold Shoe fits perfectly the native microphones bracket of the camera. A detachable lock system to secure and hold in place your 4K FULL HDMI cable is included.
The compact REVOLT shoulder baseplate (BP20) is a lighter version of the REVOLT VCT universal baseplate (BP10). It is designed with 2 standard Arri rosettes for handles mount and a standard quick release adapter plate compatible with most VCT tripod plates. There are also protective rubber pads on top of the plate to protect your camera.
The kit also includes the FFPRO Follow Focus Pro, a professional follow focus unit made from sleek black anodized aluminum. It mounts on 15 mm rods and features an adjustable arm which puts the gear at the optimal position for the lens, no matter what the diameter is.
The MCF456 4x 5.6 Carbon Fiber Swing-Away Matte Box 15 mm LW and 19 mm Studio Rod Mount adds filters and light control to your camera rig. The lightweight matte box features a (2) 4 x 5.6" filter stages and the second stage independently rotates 360 Degree.
