This is very soft and comfortable for long wear times. The microphone works great. It is much better to be on USB wireless rather than Bluetooth.

I purchased these to replace some old wired headset that my girlfriend was using to take calls. This allows her to walk away from the PC while on a call and has a much better range than Bluetooth headsets which is a huge plus. On top of that, the sound quality is much better so she can hear her customers clearly and they can hear her clearly as well since the mic is much better quality.

Easy set up, easy to use. Great control features on the headset Audio quality is pretty good but not great, mic quality is ok. This headset would get 4 stars if not for the ridiculous shape of the wireless dongle... What were they thinking? Because it doesn't protrude outward a little bit takes up lateral space on your computer's USB port, this rendering any neighboring USB port useless.

really awesome headphones, took me a while to figure out how to use them, but once I did they became my go to for Xbox, PC and other devices.

Build quality is little cheap-feeling, but everything else works flawlessly. Mic and sound quality are both very good, and headset works with anything the adapter is plugged into (even Linux!)

Very good and versatile headset, i can easily switch it from my laptop to my phone to my switch. Only draw back is it charges micro usb and you have to be careful not lose the dongle cause there is no place to store it.
