Audio Monitoring - Via 3.5mm headphone or Speaker
The monitor supports HDMI embedded audio (ch-1 and ch-2) and L&R analog audio output via 3.5mm headphone socket.

Safe Area and Scale Marker
You can select the scale of safe area frame from 80%, 85%, 90% and 95% in the menu system. And under HD input, the monitor can display a center 4:3 marker, to help composition the image when using HD recording while SD broadcasting.

Multiple Power Sources - AC adaptor / V-mount / Gold mount / Snap-on DV mount
The monitor provides a 4-pin XLR socket of DC 6.5-17V power input and can be fixed on V-mount, Gold mount or DV battery plate. Various types of DV battery plates are provided for optional, with snap-on designed, quick released and interchangeable with each other.

3-color TALLY Light - Both front and rear side, DB-9 port
There is front and rear TALLY lights with 3 colors display and controlled via DB-9 port on the rear panel.

Installation
The monitor provides 1/4"-20 screw threads on bottom, left and right side, for installing on camera handle or rigs. By S-7360 dual monitor stand, the 2 S-1071C monitors can be fixed on cranes.

Sun Hood
For outdoor using, you can apply a sun hood on the monitor. The sun hood can be easily installed via the left and right screw threads or directly by Velcro tapes. The sun hood is provided in the monitor package.

Real Time 2-step Zoom-in
The first step zoom-in function is specially designed for Canon DSLR, to cut the black bar around the HDMI output video and enlarge the center effective recorded video to full screen. The second step zoom-in is to enlarge the video 4 times, to check the image details and help to focus. The zoom-in function is real time operation, available when preview, recording or play back.

Compact Main Board
The monitor main board is integrated designed. The chip, controlling circuit, input/output interfaces are arranged in an entire board, which ensures the stability and safety of the monitor. Meanwhile, the compact board can reduce monitor thickness and help the cooling of the whole unit.
