This is a fantastic lens that is my number one choice to stay attached to my new O-M D E10 Mark II. This and the 14-42 kit lens that came with the camera will do me just fine. I've added UV and CPL filters. I plan on adding a ND filter to complete the package. Three months ago I had never considered micro four thirds and now I love it. I'm 6'3" and my hands are border line too big for the outfit so that's my only advice to consider.

I bought this because I wanted to replace my two kit lenses.It works perfectly for that on my Olympus E-M10 Mark II. I've shot over 1000 pictures with it at all focal lengths and settings (sun, low light, stars, etc.) and it works very well. I've gotten excellent quality shots at both the wide and long ends at different apertures. I was surprised at how nice this lens looks on my camera. It is much better looking than the picture Adorama uses. The only bummer for me is the slow startup time. It kind of resets itself each time the camera is turned on or woken from sleep. For the money you can't go wrong.

This is a remarkable lens! It has an excellent range and works beautifully. The lens is perfect as a travel lens...no more carrying around a number of lenses to cover the range! Gert

Fairly Quick Auto Focus. Sharp. Ok in low light although I would get a faster lens for low light if you want to avoid grain.
