Tascam TH-02 Headphones
The Tascam TH-02 headphones are comfortable to wear and have great noise canceling and as a video editor, these are integral functions to have in headphones.

Poor sound quality, and an over the ear design
While mechanically well made (for the price), these headphones are one of the worst sounding headphones that I have heard. The frequency response has an unnatural, colored mid-range sound that I find makes for unpleasant listening. The headphone is described on the website as being the "on-ear" style, but the size of the ear cushions is large, making them an "over-ear" style for my ears. Disappointing, since I specifically need an on-ear style. Even though the ear cushions are nice and soft, they are a tight fit for over-ear use. Interestingly, the package does not state the style, but the pictures on the package clearly show them being worn over the ear. The headband is very comfortable, but the ear-cushion size issue makes them physically uncomfortable for extended use. Headphones are tricky to buy. Like a pair of shoes, you really need to try them on before purchasing. The specs may look good on paper, but have little correlation to sound quality and the experience of the wearer.

These headphones provide highly accurate sound along with extreme levels of comfort. Swivel earpieces with 2 axis of freedom are unique in my experience. I use mine for everything from track acquiring and monitoring to mixdown and mastering. Highly recommend them!

adapter is loose
I wanted these headphones to use on the 1/4" input on my mixer, however the 1/8"-1/4" adapter is loose causing the signal quality to be very poor. you have to move the adapter around to get a good signal. Also the swivel on the phones is no as good as the sony mdr headphones which I have used in the past. Maybe good some only using the 1/8" plug without using the adapter

Might want to look for something else.
They sound OK for the low price, but they are too large for an averaged sized head and the mini jack does not make contact (not playing both speakers ) in some of my stereo equipment. Headphones with removable jacks are more flexible because you can switch to a smaller cord when needed.
