A bag for everything.— I had some very specific gear that I needed a bag for. Even though this bag wasn’t meant for “Photo Gear” it’s the perfect bag the perfect fit. What I love about think tank and mindshift is that there’s so many options there’s always something that will work for the situation.

This is a large bag, if you have a lot of gear and want to fly in remote places, on camping trips or travel this is the bag to get. I also considered the Torvol Quad Pitstop Backpack Pro (same price). The Helipak looks like it fits more, has been around a while and seems preferred by many pilots. A alot of room and storage for all of your FPV needs. Great for traveling and very convenient and easy to get to your stuff!!! Also purchased the smaller backpack for the quick turnaround to the local parks, use the mainback for storage . Think tank thanks for the great products!!

I have researched and tried several bags. The BPX2, sessions, and REI bag. This one beats them all out. This bag carries several quads safely and securely while have a ton of space for any other item you need to be out on the go. I think my favorite feature about this bag is that there is a mobile workspace in the bag to work on quads and carry tools in a organized fashion. It carries everything with ease i.e. Laptop, quads, props, tools, lipos, goggles, and lots of extra space for whoops and their parts. I strongly recommend this bag if you are getting into the sport or if you just want a better bag than you already got.

This bag is able to hold everything that I need in the field as well as what I need at home, like the charging station. It is nice to have everything in one place when it is time to fly. I am able to put a 5" Vortex and a 6" Alien and still have room for one more. I can have my Fatsharks assembled and ready to go and still be protected by the hard dividers. Lots of pockets to fit all the props you will need as well as out side loops for even more quads. The backpack straps are very padded and comfortable. The extra padding on the back protects the goods inside and conform well to the back. The only complaint that I have is the laptop pocket could be a little bigger for a gaming laptop size but a slim laptop will fit just fine. Also a little more padding around it but that is minor for the fact that the size would be to large to fit as a carry on if it had more padding. Over all it is a great bag for traveling or hiking to the perfect spot the rip the skies.

I have the Lowepro BP X2, The ThinkTank Session, some other random thing and another random from HobbyKing. This Helipak absolutely destroys them all in terms of usability. The Lowepro has several issues that make it really inconvenient to use. It's also similarly sized compared to the Helipak but fits maybe 40% of what I can pack into this bag. The Helipak is particularly good because it provides a nicely structured bag that has all the features of the next best bag while actually being useful. I originally was not a fan of the customizability but once I tore up the velcro, I positioned things to fit my gear and was extremely blown away at how much fits in the bag. I'll be doing a joint review of them all on my YouTube channel but it's easy to recommend this bag to anyone. Otherwise, just keep using the bag you already have. No need to spend money on something that's not really useful. Lowepro BP X2 review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbyLsK3oQDA
